He is coming out this day and I will increase my review when he is done using the re-key of 5 locks.
I just got off the phone w Amdahl Locksmith could not have been much more professional. I guess as others have suggested, the testimonials of a rude lady may come from a. I called # and 715-386-5625 came from his van at the picture of him over.
Fantastic service! My keys were locked in my car, and the amount was contacted by me. A very wonderful woman answered and advised me that Chris would be there to unlock my car. I've read the other reviews regarding the woman on the telephone, and I believe perform an amazing job for a two people operation. Would use again to encourage an small company that is amazing! A+
Chis came out quickly. He knew we were chilly. Unlocked the car door in seconds. Great support.
Chris returned my phone within 10 minutes, and I had new locks on the home. Service doesn't get much better than that.
I had a key. The woman who answered the phone was rude and treated me like an idiot. Many dealerships have have been gathering info and told me that when a locksmith created a secret, a could be made by the automobile. She told me all of the dealers' info was wrong. I tried over and over to describe what they told me. Never will I use this specific company.
It'd be better to review the service not the woman on the phone. Small business owners have it hard enough. A business enterprise can be effected by its receptionist. I have found Chris to be more efficient and helpful when we needed help
Chris did locksmith service for us for years. When our company was transferred to a new location, again, Chris was called for changing locks on the doors. There was a push bar. Chris informed me that the mechanism within this pub was at danger of collapse. He quoted me about $300 to repair/replace it. I asked him for a quote in writing that I could present to my landlord for reimbursement since this is really a preexisting illness. He would not supply the quote in writing. I withheld payment because of his additional services which day until he would provide the written documention for its"failing mechanism". I called him several times. His wife answered the phone and was extremely rude and unprofessional when all I wanted was the quote that was written. My question was and is: when the mechanism on the door was for not providing the quote that is written, what was his excuse? How many individuals have unknowingly been misled?
