I looked for a plumber and enjoy this guy's reviews. I thought it was odd there was no phone number and the pictures were stock photographs. I could not locate Charles or the company recorded in the state contractor's licensing web site.

Charles is. He is prompt, courteous, and professional. Our kitchen sink stopped draining on Christmas Eve around 7pm. We had been hosting a huge family dinner. Called a number of plumbers in Redwood City around 8pm and nobody could come out. I found Charles and he said he'd be over in about 40 minutes. Sure he had been in our kitchen with a spouse and conducting a snake through the pipe. Temporarily. The next morning it was clogged again, draining a tad, but quite slowly, enough to back up into the sink. Called Charles back (Christmas Day), and he came back this morning. This time, the snake got caught and one of our pipe appears got straightened under the sink. He said that the initial work was a bit faulty and we had a brand new piece, the threads were fitted. However it was Christmas Day and he didn't have the component and nothing was open. So he said he'd come back the next day. On Dec 26, he came out after texts back and forth. After two hours conducting the snake and refitting the pipe, they ended up clearing out a bunch of debris and taking a larger pipe apart. Problem solved. But we appreciated his rejoicing without criticism. His 30-day guarantee on repairs is strong, and that he lived up to his word.

Have used Charles twice in the previous month (for unrelated items) and found him to be very responsive and efficient on both occasions.
