For what it is worth, the inspection is from a different location that was surrounded by an employee back and out of a long time. You will never encounter that sort of problem. If anyone knows how to take care of customers, it is Eric. He provides superb workmanship and customer service which can not be beat at any cost. Trust me.
I have been going almost exclusively to Cobblers & Cleaners for many decades. In the instance that I went elsewhere, I have lived to regret it. Should you care about your shoes as much as I do, then you owe it to them to visit Eric. His job his exceptional and that he aims to please. Plus you meet.

This guy is amazing! He has resoled and dyed my shoes - they look brand new! I brought more shoes dye and to clean to him. I was vey happy with Eric's beautiful work! He's a joy.

Expensive and poor workmanship. Had knee high boots tailored to fit my calves,however, the ankles weren't altered leaving my boots . The guy who works there thought my boots would not make it right and seemed good. $65 find another cobbler.
