I have your Lock and Key for both my houses. Being that I have kids it is essential for me to know that somebody doesn't have a key to my property. This company was very professional, showed up on time and always does the job correct the first time. Thank you Mr Porter for caring for us.

After they had been not able to assist replace our mailbox key/lock was referred to the particular locksmith. I spoke with someone about a hour ago and called and they had been so rude. We chose to look elsewhere.

Mr.Porter is a true professional. After a long days work to find that the lock into my home was not working and I couldn't get in, I arrived home. Without doing any harm to my door he was at my home in under 15 minutes and worked tirelessly to repair my lock. He's honest and fair with a personality. He is highly recommended by me!

My senior citizen mother had this company come out and support her guards and they stole her two locks leaving her vulnerable. We've called them a number of instances they won't call back. I have gone to the authorities dept. and document a claim against them for theft. Ethen put in the lock. I believe it's a shame when you have to steal from a citizen. They don't have to be in business.
