Can't thank Community enough now for rescuing us. The proprietor David had everything set up for a Tech to call me back when they were open for business and answered his telephone before opening hours at his house.
Quick, efficient, highly knowledgeable and proficient, they responded inside an hour to my situation and then solved our problem.

Anyway needless to say I need to go somewhere else. It ended up being a waste of time making this excursion and coming all of the way over here.
Very disappointed in this place. Came here to receive a key and done though the signal say they are open they are closed. They should be a sign.

Came in to find service for a Chevy minivan on a two and key key-fobs. Staff competent, reprogrammed key and fob.... Fob worked double then stopped although Secret worked. Locksmith cautioned us fobs May be carried out. Turned the man that is educated out was right. We needed. Charge for services was $45. Price for programmer tool and new keyfob was approximately $50 at a local auto parts shop.

We misplaced our home keys and have been stuck in a rush. Community lock and safe came to the rescue. They're amazing. They had been and went beyond and over. So thankful.

Rick was considerate and extremely helpful and came out to my location himself right away! I dealt with the technician, Frank, that was knowledgeable and quite friendly. Within seconds I had a secret for my file cabinet and was charged a very reasonable price. By far the best support I have ever had with a locksmith. Frank and rick earned a loyal customer! It was a genuine pleasure doing business and also Community Lock & Safe Service!

This review is long overdue. We had been referred to the business in the previous owners of the house we bought. We updated from the 4 cameras to 8 cameras to Bolide unit, we needed to have our web provider come out just to tell us they should have never offered us that device it won't ever run correctly .So we contact rick, he tells us to utilize there firm with Chip with intense security and may NEVER GET A CALL BACK, LET ALONE SOMEONE TO COME SERVICE OUR SYSTEM. Matt flaked several times, we are still waiting for him To come back and fix what wasn't done properly the first time. For spending $7k on a security system that never conducted is indeed very disappointing and then you add their lack of customer service was sufficient to make us take our business elsewhere!!!

Called Community Lock & Safe late Thursday afternoon to have our latest push button door lock keyed to the same key as others around our home... Rick/owner stated he could have Bill here to perform so ceremony at 9 am Friday morning. We had 2 safe combos altered as well.

Amazing customer service. We were out of town & Dave came to the rescue when our sitters key got stuck in the mult-t-lock. He was in less than an hour at our place fixed the lock in less than 5 minutes. Forever grateful!

It's difficult to know that you have the correct locksmith from the Yelp listings. They're a business. I had a entrance door deal. The same day, david sent someone. We determined that the mechanics needed replacement. All materials were around the truck and at a good cost we were done in a half hour. Customer support, knowledgeable, courteous. I was pleased with them my husband called to receive a gate lock fixed that he has been stalling on for a long time. He was thrilled.

I lost the key and introduced it into Safe and Community Lock and had been helped and a key that was fresh was made for me! Workers that are very experienced, great help!

I called to receive a door re-keyed and David showed up the next day about mid-morning which I appreciated. I have one lock re-keyed with another 2 keys made for another door and 4 of those Baldwin keys that were large. The price was a bit steep but I asked for the after-hours service just to get it. The keys work good and I am totally happy.

They programmed my 2010 car crucial (not cloned, but engineered ) for about half the cost of the next lowest price I could find and lots of times lower than the dealer's cost. I purchased a clean key with transponder chip on the internet plus they programmed in 5 or even 10 minutes. Whenever they could not program it they would not have billed me. The other 3 places I called said they'd charge me even if they couldn't program the key. I'd suggest them for almost any lock and key work you may have. (This is actually the first time I have used them) . They were quite pleasant and professional.

9:10am I. Thought they opened FOR BUSINESS such as the sign at 9am stated.

Where the client does not matter! The worker arrived but secured himself in the building and counter his or her drawer.

I'd gone into the big box stores like Lowe's HD and Sears before finding them. Allow me to tell you, 50 percent of the keys from these types of stores did not work. I have never had one issue at Community Lock with any keys.
Honest professional and reliable. That's how I explain Safe and Community Lock. They are the very best in their industry, hands down. From direction to the technicians, I have used their support both. They have rekeyed and two technicians were at my door in under an hour. They are not confined to just cubes. They give support in card readers, electronic locks, security camera installation and whatever you have not thought of with security or can. Their store appears small but has.

Safe & community Lock was selected as a replacement lock's installer by my manufacturer. that was safe, and I am glad that they had been! They were incredibly polite, showed up on time and contacted me immediately to schedule an appointment which was suitable to me. The supervisor went over and beyond once the replacement lock the secure company did not work sent him. He got me a different lock from his inventory so I did not have to wait and went to his shop. He showed understanding and great care, fixing the problem caused by somebody else I as the client did not suffer. I would recommend Safe & Community Lock.

Might I add, he also has a choice of keys that are unique .

Needed to get some keys made and the large, burly man behind the counter was nice. Got my keys made in 5 minutes. He is also priced, couple bucks depending on what brand of keys.

I have to express my appreciation. I was in a situation and they managed with the utmost respect. Fire safe and door fixed opened in under an hour. I would strongly recommend this company.

Locksmiths were charging $89 dollars to have the essential cut for my lexus. Lexus dealer wanted $129. This locksmith was called by me. He was considerate, fast, and honest. Charged me precisely what he quoted me and I got a Ram's home key made since they made the announcement yesterday to come to Cali.

Terrific job by Bill and staff since they changed 10 locks at mom in-law's condominium prior to her move in the next moment. Great cost and result!
