I switched on using Controlled Key Systems after being disappointed by several different locksmiths.
I'll be using them again later on.
These guys are a class act - on time, pricing that is reasonable, professional communication. Their alarm installation work is some of the finest I have ever seen.

Incredibly awful driver am on the 405 freeway. Driver is cutting everyone off not utilizing signs. Driver does not care about hitting people's property is a responsibility to the company and makes the company look bad. I guess getting to his destination 5 minutes sooner is more important than people's lives, I would never employ them due to their staff.

Called them to make a secret and they quoted me 4-5 all of the sudden the card was taken by them and I walked in came back with a receipt of $18!!!!
On top of this I moved the secret and back does work!!!!!!! I called them and they said" we never believed it was guaranteed to work" and OI have to go back and pay them again to get another key for a cupboard that they put the lock for.
DO NOT COME NEAR THIS COMPANY...

Nice work, Paul (Proprietor of Controlled Key Systems). Within days of the 1-star review, six 5-star reviews suddenly look in perfect English, about Controlled Key Systems. Are those six rave reviews for actual? Maybe. Maybe not. Anyhow, very smart. You increased your average from 1 star to 4.5 stars. You did everything right. Everything, that is, except contradict, or even react to, the client who publicly accused you of dishonesty. This shows my point. That when a client complains, you will do nothing. Respond. I made it easy for you address. You replied. However, simply to say you would return to me. That was 3 weeks ago. You didn't rip me off, and if I am wrong, and you an honest individual, please by describing your invoice, prove it. That's, Should you care about honesty and your customers.

This locksmith stones, plus they have great customer support. Needed last instant service and they came and saved the day. The employees showed up on time and we're very professional. They left our office cleaner then when they arrived and was very reasonably priced. I'd recommend them. Thanks

I have been working together with Controlled Key Systems for years for our company. They are extremely helpful, prompt, and topnotch. They'll help identify your needs and how they could make it happen. After they complete their first services, I will count on them years later to aid with any updates.
