We had a crisis plumbing dilemma at 7:30pm. CG Plumbing has 24 hr support and Mike came to save us. He had been AMAZING. Our difficulty solved and was found in a hour!

Know hour shit since they won't move out of the way. Got a condescending, talk token during my trip down. Making me feel like an idiot.

Gables redid both of my bathrooms. The work was excellent, and they were right on schedule. I'd recommend them for repairs as well remodeling

The plumber was nice but he didn't understand what he was doing. In the end they had to send someone else to tidy up the plumbers mistakes. The whole process was debilitating, although I'm happy they eventually made it right. The fact I had to lend tools to the man was pretty scary. I'd find someone else.

Coral gables Plumping was a joy to use, they were prompt and help out when we had issues in a way that is prompt with license delays they rescheduled the job, and finished it with permits. This is a commercial job with piping for a chiller unit with cosmetics water lines, chilled water lines & lines.

Ibrahim sat with me planning my own remodel and defining all of the parts that would be needed. He suggested ways and choices to save cash. He actually listens and was extremely beneficial. A great deal of parking is available. What was really cool was that all the fixtures at the store are hooked up and you'll be able to try them out!

My first impression was really poor, I asked for a bit and they did not react with the best mindset. It was my first and last time there.

There staff is EXCELLENT and I'd recommend you check them out.
Excellent Customer support is your title... I purchased a Farm Sink, which became defected after 6 weeks, their employee Ibriham Guzman took immediate action and resolved my problem, which required the manufacturer to replace the unit at no extra cost for me.

Gables plumbing is pleasant, but the cause you to wait. I really don't like waiting. When they do arrive, They're careful and clean. Their costs get to be overly expensive often.

Skip this overpriced, very low value local supplier for plumbing support in addition to for plumbing and bath fixtures. I purchased 3 bathroom from this supplier Toto brand. All have amazing amounts of problems. My one working bathroom is the 40 year american standard. Did not empty the tank and emptied water all over my hardwood flooring. I also bought a few kitchen plumbing things from them (Grohe) that have been a waste of cash. This company didn't stand by their products nor their services. Caution!

We were very happy. The Plummer was knowledge and comprehensive. He took the time to explain why we had the difficulties in the first location and what he do. Impressive. Highly recommend.

I recently bought a wall mounted faucet. . .First, they strove to dismiss my plumber they have me use their plumbers and didn't even know. . .Second, I needed the rough rather fast and purchased a MOEN merchandise. . .so Abrahim (consenting ) called to create sure the rough I had been purchasing from them affirmed the fixture I was purchasing from them. . .because the model numbers changed. . .My plumber a few days later tried the fixture and installed the rough. . .unfortunately, it didn't work....after hours of technician support to MOEN we were taught that it should work (that only the model number changed not the part). I was also told it should work, when I called CGP apart from the rudeness out of Abrahim. . .And that he could send his plumber
Out (since he presumed my plumber didn't know what he was doing) for an additional 150.00/hour to look at it . . .He also advised us to telephone MOEN (as this wasn't his fault) and we had to spend hours doing all of the ground work only to discover that the model HAD CHANGED and that it won't fit...(they gave us the wrong part) but may make it work. . .So naturally by this time I had been totally upset, and (MOEN and CGP) eventually realized that the merchandise does not match and they must send additional parts to make it work. . .This has postponed my setup and cost me many more hours of setup fees which they have absolutely no intention of reimbursement. . .This was an faucet that is expensive and should not need to be rigged to work!!!! I believe every organization is only as great as how they handle issues. . .So I'd stay quite far away from the store...( upgrade. . .my plumber was to come back to be certain the components are here. . . . .we still do not have the additional parts so more money and time from my pocket. . .terrible customer support and satisfaction from my point of view....Oh, and I do have the right company. . .as I am sure they will try to say this is another business using their title!

Days after Hurricane Irma broke breaking an outside water valve. As a result, water couldn't turn on inside my whole residence. Called Brandon at Coral Gables Plumbing and hours later, Jose, his worker showed up. Jose was fantastic and knew his stuff. He fixed the problem for a reasonable and fair price and put on 2 water valves. Fantastic service and will definitely use this company later on.

Coral Gables Plumbing has also the people and products. Abraham is outstanding. He's dependable, helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely made my 1st house job easier. I would not go anyplace else.
