Core Plumbing

Absolutely fantastic. Always do a great job. In fact, they do a fantastic job if they don't come into your home. I called to set up an appointment, as I've used them before and have always been happy. I had an issue with a dishwasher which they called me to some appliance service firm. Since it was not a plumbing issue, you would think that was the end of the telephone, but instead they took the time to talk about the issue over the phone, and have a few fantastic easy tips which may save a service call and the cost related to it. Such service that is great, I can't recommend them enough!

Appreciate:2. Prohibitive quote for $900 to alter double manage.
5. Supplying plumbing education.
1. Kind help from Zack and Don.
2. Timely service and honor in keeping their appointment.
3. Calling back within an hour during the week of Christmas.
3. Obtaining 5+ emails to make a review.
Do not appreciate:

1. Suggestion to change a $20 valve for $225 when understanding that a new flapper was installed the day prior.
4. Zack actually fixing the bathroom

Core plumbing came an hour after my call. Diagnosed the problem and repaired it. We could not find the source and had a few others quotations come out. Would recommend Core plumbing for any plumbing problems.

Sometimes you buy a house. And the owner believes that he is a plumber when he is really a biophysicist. In these cases, you call a plumber a lot. We've utilized Core Plumbing for jobs, including last night when Zac did an excellent job fixing a leak/strange plumbing scenario under our sink caused by the proprietor plumber-complex and installing our new countertop. Awesome and efficient. Will call again for sure.

Sad to record. I have been a Core client for awhile and they charge alot. However, I was hoping they'd bring their charges down for a loyal client... NOPE. Matter a fact, I had a rusted out disposal and they gave me $699.00, to replace... before taxation... when I requested to get a military reduction, they said NO. I told Don, I'll hafta shop around and he told me,"You aren't talking about what im saying..."... Which was $699 was a fantastic bargain for a company service.

Where my water heater started draining at 11pm at 17, I had an emergency situation. Contemplating our water heater 16 years old and not up to code. We believed it was temporarily repaired by us but it still leaked and we're going to depart a week long holiday. Found a few referrals and decided to go w Core. I'm so thankful I did. They delivered me notifications on when Aaron would arrive. Aaron was super helpful and kind. We believed this job would take a few days but he got it done in a few hours. There has been A brand new water heater installed which has been up to code. Was not a cheap fix, but it was not as expensive as I thought it had been faking na be, esp because this was an emergency fix. Got the internet booking discount. Highly recommend! Hopefully I can phone them for a"planned" replacement Rather than an"emergency" one... haha

We had no water all night, I fixed their mistake, for $9.28, and about 30 minutes the next day. WHY $600? WHY not fix a clear mistake with a"Craftsman" Plumber. These guys are hacks and crooks!
These guys also have horrible customer support and are unethical. The owner was rude and refused to tackle concerns or our problem. By not following common sense processes, they cut a 3 foot section of this incorrect main water source (they cut mine, not the neighbors), also refused to fix the mistake unless we paid them $600. Since we had been in the office, they told my 16 year-old son if we wanted water restored we would need to pay the money.

They cancelled on me not once but TWICE. Work was missed by me for an appointment that never occurred!

I wanted to substitute a water pipe in the street main water line to the house with copper tubing. After several quotes from pipes businesses, I chose to go with Core Plumbing. Zac from Core Plumbing began to work straight away and came on time. He began eliminating and cutting concrete strips of sidewalk and steps, then prior to putting the piping, digging the trench. I really could tell Zac took pride in his work, he worked efficiently and has plenty of knowledge. He is a skilled and very customer oriented. I highly recommend Zac and Core Plumbing for any pipes issues.

I'm happy they didn't mind. When Zach Davey took my suggestion as his own I'm happy and extremely curious. They ended with a clean intent. I am more and happy to get core plumbing work on my house.

I left the appointment Monday @ 11pm on the Yelp program. Zach Davey out of Core came out Tuesday morning. Inspected my water heater. Let me know to start saving to get a replacement. Workmanship and workmanship. These days rare!

Perhaps I am just unlucky but have not managed to find a trusted plumber that could simply give me an estimate to do some minor plumbing job (replace angle stops along with a few other minor things) so I set off doing some job that I wanted to get done following two different plumbing companies come out (such as the plumber advocated by my HOA that wouldn't give me an estimate and never returned my calls).
I had a flow issue that needed to be mended and was afraid I would have trouble finding somebody to come out to assist with this minor repair. Tried them based on their Yelp reviews. Scheduling has been a breeze through their internet system. I managed to schedule an appointment for the next week, and has been immediately provided a quotation. Work was finished right away after the quotation was accepted by me. I received email and text confirmations and they showed up on time and gave me a quotation on the spot and finished the job. Will gladly schedule with them when I am ready to complete the remaining part of the pipes repairs I have been putting off for a year! Thank you a lot Core Plumbing!

Our next job with core was because of a water flow that is black and we got Zach. He made sure he gave us much information concerning the situation we faced and we ended up changing the plumbing on most of bathrooms. I chose Him the bathroom model we looked to get and he found precisely the same and even kept one of them in storage to us until the restoration firm finished repairing the harm.
They did we felt confortable with him and for us, we met Zach , he not only provided quality work but allow the area he operates in clean! If you've worked with contractors that are various you understand how significant this really is.

When we. He gave us honest and through thoughts and josé to change the faucets Aaron was our plumber and educated us about what needed to be carried out.

Unfortunately Grant, the inspection is quite real. My father spoke to Don and called this afternoon. When he asked if you can do it for $250 or less, he just said"not interested". My father tried asking him why he wasn't curious, and he just said no thanks and hung up on my father. After reading your other reviews, I certainly wasn't expecting that!
We called and talked to Don this morning to get an estimate to come out and remove our bathroom and snake the drain. We said we'd like to pay about $250, he said"not interested" and hung up! How rude is it? Very unprofessional. Don't recommend this company!!

Super impressed with Zach from Core Plumbing. He stayed calm and reassuring although we worked through it, and assisted with a complex issue. He was informative, making his observations and tips easy to understand, and was incredibly tidy and attentive to details. He's friendly and pleasant, and that I will recommend. Zach, Thank you!
