He coordinated with my stepson at first (who subsequently needed to go to work) so that I met him in the automobile and he came right on time. Which was a relief from the hot sunshine. His son was in the van , which reminded me of our family business practices when the children were little.
My stepson lost his car key that was working . They were fair and kind and knowing how much family companies care about their standing I had no hesitation having my child call them for assistance.

Frederick was known by a friend of mine. He came out and installed 3 Safety Doors. I'm very impressed with his job and how detailed he is. My home is on a hill so that it's not easy to install. I will highly recommend. I feel secure.

I went to my entire house that was re-key with this particular business. Mr. Corriea was punctually and reasonably priced. Despite there being problems with my locks not being the exact same brand, which can pose an issue when you are trying to get the locks on the exact same key, he did not try to upsell me. He was created a solution to a number of problems and fair, honest I did not anticipate. I'd recommend him for almost any needs!

We were referred to Fred in Corriea by a locksmith. My 95 yr old dad had had his car needed keys for your car. Both of my parents are hard of hearing. He started out rude, but knowing"your mom is confused & keeps hanging up on me".... She's hard of hearing, even if she can't hear you she'll hang up.... I called her & when Dad who'd had insomnia could be alert, she & explained to develop within one hour. Dad got him confused with all the locksmith that had changed the locks in their property instead of coming up & spoke with Dad, when Fred called.
Fred did not bother to phone me until after 6pm, stating that Dad wasn't completely there at a rude & disresptectful manner. As I attempted to describe, he said"I'm done" & I mentioned, so am I, since you've been rude & disrespectful". He tried to blame my parents for his lack of company, telling me he had turned company down awaiting my parents. Business wise, he might have taken tasks & if/when Dad called he might have scheduled it from that point.
He made himself accessible & everyone's let a day & I trust, although I'd give one celebrity to him. You don't have to be RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL.
Fred needs to understand how to communicate with his prospective clientele to have respect & compassion for the ones that find themselves in a situation that is stressful & better.

Fredrick and his Assistant came out to repair the gate lock that was affordable . Fredrick suggested replacing this old lock that was worn 17-year with a better quality, commercial lock. Because of the high traffic traffic, this sounded like a good idea.

Fredrick made it happen, although getting the iron gate socket to accommodate the lock that was updated proved difficult. Not merely did he substitute the broken lock, but he also broke out the welder and mended the gate, which might have been contributing to the failure of their lock.
We've used other locksmiths previously but; Corriea Lock and Key is now our"go-to" locksmith for the future. Fredrick goes over and beyond the call...

Above and beyond Support. I was locked out of my own garage. Frederick came and looked in the total problem (which was a tacky door) and solved it, along with fixing my remote and my front door too. When I each need lock and essential help I'd use him again.

They could replace my lock and remove my stuck key and came to me. They were on time and specialist. They were able to reveal what the problem was before replacing those components. I strongly recommend- particularly if you're in the Pinole/Herc/Rodeo/Rich area.

I had a locksmith fast Saturday and known as Frederick. He came in less than 20 min and solved the issue. He is experienced, dependable, easy to work with, reasonable priced and did not charge me even though he had to do work. About calling Corriea Lock & Key, the excellent thing is that you receive Frederick, the proprietor, himself so you know you will receive quality work. If you call a larger company, you can't know who they'll send out.

I contracted Corriea Lock and Key . I had spoken to 4 other locksmiths, asking for estimates and their recommendations. Frederick was the only person that answered all my questions and recommended some alternates that where not.
