He came over the moment. Took about under a hour to modify my deadbolt locks and had my 5 keys.
I told him what I looked for and he gave the cost to me.
He wisdom, was fast and had good customer support.

I would, if I could give 10 stars to Crown Locksmith. Needing 1 lock repaired and 3 locks re-keyed. Russ was so accomodating and stated he would arrive at 4PM. . .and he did!! He was here for less than one hourand his price was amazing. Best locksmith I have had the pleasure assembly. Now my warehouse is sound and safe!! Thank you Russ!!

Russ, the owner is great. I used him for many years making extra keys for my pet sitting clients. He sold his business, Redlands lock key, his business is Crown Locksmith.
I discovered that he and Russ reccommend with whom fixed our door handle in one day a guy he has worked. Russ is extremely nice and prompt and educated. If you have a door handle that is hard to repair, old, or hard to find parts call Russ.
After his business was sold by Russ I could not find him. I kept visiting Key and Redlands Lock to create my keys. I would not return my texts for a month and had problems with our door handle and Key and Redlands Lock could not mend our door handle.

Why the 1 star? Well you offered me a discount for a good yelp review, you were operating as yelp member and a business owner I know that this is against their rules but also dishonest. I wonder if this 5 stars if just composed or you've are written under circumstances. Didn't look at yelp until I called u, only called you because my locksmith wasn't accessible, if I would of checked I would known as you. Impossible to have only 5 star reviews, unless you are doing something dishonest as you did with me. It's very deceiving for many customers what you are doing
Let me first state I would have given a solid 3 stars to u, the job has been completed not , well you came together or called another company to help u, Page locksmith or something and was not a fan of him.

Russ from Crown Locksmith is amazing!! Quick response time, revealed up to our appointment on time, fixed locks with all new keys which work perfectly (previous locksmith was not able to mend any of the locks but Russ did!) , professional, considerate --all great things. My landlord gave my roommates and I the wrong keys to the mailbox. I requested a quotation and the proprietor, Russ, responded straight away. Crown forced three mailbox keys in no time and came out to our house, even gave us a better deal! Along with it all, the customer service has been outstanding. If I need a locksmith I would choose Crown!

We purchased a new home and had to change the locks. Russ came across precisely the exact same day he was called by me! He had been knowledgeable, friendly and extremely reasonably priced! I needed my house re-keyed, and had an issue. Only 3 doorways, but wanted them altered and one key to rule them all. Called up Crown on Sunday. Yes, he answered and gave pointers. Made an appoint for the following day, which he had been on time for. Showed and he went to work. He was done, because I had requested, and all was. Russ was did a fantastic job and would highly recommend! Arrived now. Was really cordial, friendly, easy-going and specialist. Before proceeding with job offered options. Worked at a surroundings that is less than perfect, but was patient and courteous during the whole process. Finest locksmith hands-down in my 42 decades.

Quick, functional and friendly! Oh and I'll add cheap!! Called and he was at my home within an hour. Was able to re-key my door and put in a new simmer and handle for my garage. All the keys match now and I am a happy camper! Will definitely be calling back soon since I forgot about a single lock! Thanks for the friendly and quick service!!!

Overpriced and he could not wait to leave my residence. Advertised $15 a door when it was $15 a lock costing me double what I expected! He did not look interested in working pricing with me!
