Outstanding company, assisted me with my car keys that were lost, stored much compared to dealer and they arrived to me!
Went by their shop to have a spare key after pleasant clean establishment full of goodies!

wow !! Look who's talking today... all what you said it's not true and sir people are more smart to know who's saying the facts.

They did the job opening my lock in my house.

After locking myself out of the 14, I got a effortless and quick answer. Given the price ($75) was a bit more as it was a Sunday morning but still cheaper than others nearby. Also, the service guy was fast in arriving to my location and in responding. Quotations were high in price and slow in time of birth. Legit that is all I got it and I needed.

Keys are cut perfect and their service to my company has been a fantastic experience each time Ive phoned them out to rekey a lock.

From pop-a-lock on my car to picking locks to match home keys they had what I wanted - I didn't bother comparing costs because their support is excellent and a business that is local - I paid more, possibly not, but worth it.

I wanted extra keys to be made for my pet sitting clients. He assisted me and juan was at the store was very knowledgeable. Juan has been doing cellular services for years so I've had whomever.
I would recommend Russ from Crown lock when you have any troubles with your door handles etc..
I forgot I had within my connections another locksmith, his title was Russ, he had sold Redlands Lock and Key ago. If the company was sold by him to Russ I had utilized Russ in the past then I did not know where he had moved to. Russ told me he had a guy that was the best at fixing old door collections, new or old locks and handles. Was that day, Bennie which I got contacted. He came up the following day and happened to have the part in his van which was fixed my doorway and 10 years old. He was prompt, courteous, educated and we did not have to purchase another door collection. He explained our door handle place was worth roughly $400-$500.
We've had difficulties it was hard to push the handle down. 2018, in December we determined we had to do something, either correct the manage set or purchase a new set. They said somebody else could come up to examine our doorway although I asked for Juan and called the store. There came A man and took a plate off and sprayed on the parts inside, that is all he did on the trip. It was $70 for your trip to spray on the inside of the lock. It was hard to start we had to use a side door and couldn't move in and from it . Because he had assisted me I got ahold of Juan and he is the owner. He looked in the lock and he could get a part for it. My husband installed it and went to pick the part up, the handle would not not go down, was. He came up and I told Juan about the issue and said it was broken and would try and get another part. I sent him a text to find out whether he could get the part, he stated he did not think so, but would let me know if he could. Never return so I went to speak to him, same answer. It Jan 3rd and I had sent him a second 3texts within a couple weeks to find out about becoming another part, if he found out anything.
Juan would never be used by me since he never would react back to me and left me hanging, it was 1 1/2 months I waited to get a response of what can be accomplished. Additionally, I discovered it was his son that initially came to our house which sprayed the handle and did not fix it and billed $70.00

Such great support. Today I called and they were able to come and look after my needs today. Fast and affordable. Thanks for such excellent service.

We had an emergency situation, my mom wandered off at two. This firm managed to appear and install deadbolts to all the doors in a short amount of time to get a fair price. They understood our emergency and they left us a priority. So tonight we could all rest understanding my mom can not go wandering barefoot, in her nightwear around at all, knocking giving them us and a scare.

Fantastic place, very friendly, they know there stuff. I came with no keys with a couple of drawer locks. The gentleman at front immediately told me could make me a few secrets. I received a quote and scheduled an appointment immediately and easily through the Yelp"Request a Quote" feature. The owner answered all of my questions and was very responsive. The tech also did the work of re-keying our locks quickly, neatly and economically and arrived at my house right. The price was the price I was charged. I recommend this company. We needed a key and have a automobile that inoperable or reprogrammed. (A little bit of a backstory. . .car did not turn on one morning. Could not determine the issue of why it's not running. Battery checked out fine, and it's certainly not the starter. Since automobile is inoperable, we chose for them to come to our house (formerly we were told automobile needed to be in the store). We had anticipated paying their support fee however. . .that assumes services are rendered? I do it. As a business, you likely have to charge the hour of the time and that fee which pays for gas that the worker wasted, telling us that he wasn't able to plan the key.
I am not going to waste any more of the time although there's more to the review prior to us setting. Bottom line, don't waste your time for this business either.
Should you tell me you can't do something, tell me or inform me how I can fix it so that I can go somewhere else. Was this charge still charged???
What a waste of time.
Case in point. Please refer to the previous posts with ratings that are low where the owner replied. His"exemplary" customer support is apparent. "The client isn't right, the client did something wrong, we can't help you bc you're wrong." Manage your business like a business owner. Get off your high horse, the 4-star score means nothing to me.

Called at 10am and my home to re the home Auggie was within 30 minutes. He was considerate, fast and very friendly. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much. You're a life saver.

I needed to find another car key for my older model car, and I called for a quote and talked with Auggie... he was SO NICE and gave me a very decent quotation and explained clearly what may want to get carried out. Then after the call, he phoned me back! He had been so pleasant, and fair and the staff really made a nightmare scenario get solved quickly and quickly. I appreciate everything about how my experience went. THANK YOU

Quality and fast service at a very reasonable price, excellent. They could provide support. The locksmith took his time to explain exactly what he was doing and my father is in his 70s and did not attempt to upsell. The locksmith did his job quickly and was very friendly and professional. Now we feel much safer in our home.

The professionals and Redlands Lock and Key set up a second bolt that was dead and did a horrible job. I've posted a
Picture of the work. Watch the top hole, seems like a 6 year old did it. I have left messages and text for Juan the proprietor but no response aside from empty promises to phone me back. I am leaving my review on yelp, 2 1/2 months. It is unfortunate.

After getting three recommendations I gave them a telephone number. Augie was at my home within ten minutes. I would have taken a hammer into the thing (then thrown it at the window for him to shut up) (just kidding, folks; no hate mail, please).
But seriously, he was able to diagnose the issue, fix it, and be on his way, in under half an hour. Along with his price was fair. I will certainly call them again when necessary, and will urge them to other people.
