Great HONEST Support! I thought I had all my locks replaced, but was told that they were fine and all could be fixed. It is possible to certainly trust A & D!
I called this company for service and a couple of things happened:4. I called him back and didn't get an answer but the auto-text stated he couldn't talk
2. Tech called back but couldn't provide a price over the phone.
They may be Perfect for you but was not able to help me
3. I sent him a picture of the lock (5 days because he didn't get it that the first 4 occasions ) so he could give me a cost
1. Dispatch replied and stated a Tech needed to phone me back
A lady called me back and in the middle of talking with her, another firm had quoted a price over the phone along with a Tech was yanking my driveway.
Had them drop by to put in front door handle/lock place, and fit cylinder with home doors that are present, Several keys have been cut. A few weeks later, noticed a number of the keys not worked well on a number of those doorways. Called back them... requested after work hours support... no problem. Showed up, checked cut keys and all door locks. No charge. The owner maintained he stands by his support guarantee. Seldom seen. Highly recommend.
