This is a 1 star review simply because their customer service is terrible. I am so frustrated with this company. I needed an extra remote for my car. I predicted Night & Day and they had to dictate the fob. They said when it came in, they'd call me and I could set up an appointment. Several days went by and I determined I would call them. The fob had come but they hadn't ever bothered to call me. An appointment was made by me and they couldn't plan the remote. They said they'd order another one and call me when it came in. I never heard back from them. I don't understand what the issue is. Why don't you just say you don't want to do the job or you can't perform the job. Leave people hanging?

My 16 year-old daughter lost her keys at school. I called several places till I found that one and was at work . The customer service was amazing from the start. The locksmith was likely to meet with her. I was notified that the driver was running a bit late. When I called my daughter to let her know she was getting anxious because she was nervous because she did not have her snack and has low blood sugar. When I called back to see whether he could rush, the girl at work said she'd call her guy straight away and have him quit on how to grab a snack and a water for her, so she could eat when he came. They don't appear to have businesses with this level of service and dedication. I wanted them to understand I am very appreciative and I'll recommend them to anyone searching for a locksmith in my region.

The rep was quite knowledgeable and came out on time. He was considerate too. His job was finished by him and that I inquired about a second lock. He got acceptance from Chris at the store and finished the job! When required, I would use this company again.

We just moved in to our new place and that I wanted to find the front door lock altered and was hoping that both entrance door and garage crucial could match (instead of using 2 different keys). I received a call in the office I want to know that Aaron was running from another project and was given a brand new time (2 hrs later). The timing wasn't an issue and I appreciated the phone call giving a heads up to me.

This is the safety with. Later hours on the eve of what was to get them a weekend to assure my property was secure they arrived to my house.

I went in to receive my car lock replaced since my key was not fitting and was met the owners, by Michelle and Chris. They helped me on the spot and were informative and super useful. They recommended that I not resolve the lock itself but rather become keys cut and programmed that was where the difficulty was. They left 3 keys for me to get a great price and I left a very delighted customer with a little additional cash left in my pocket. They are strongly recommended by me.

I had the misfortune of losing the keys. The gentleman with Night & Day Security Lock was nice and productive. He had the locks changed in my car. The service was a great value. Much less costly than anyone I called for a quote. I hope that I will never need their services again, but if I do I will certainly use them again!

Possibly the fastest call back I have received. Michelle was called to make sure everything was ok and texted and so considerate! And it was. They were prompt and had everything f taken care of and were extremely friendly. Best of all is that my difficulty is 100% fixed. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I had a problem. I called around and was told I'd need a ignition meeting . I phoned D&N and they were just like... Sure, we will just re-tool the existing parts. They came out to my work and got it fixed in under an hour. Complete price, after $140, AAA discount! If necessary I call them again.

Arrived at my appt that was notary, got out of Volvo and readied my briefcase and purse. Realized and looked at my watch that I was 5 minutes early. Usually this is not a huge deal, however the customer works evenings, so I figured to be exactly on time. I put everything back in Volvo and shut her door.
Yes siree! I place everything in Volvo. The customer's husband named AAA for me personally and at 30 minutes we had been sitting at their kitchen table signing their loan records.

Guess who came out to help me? John out of Night & Day Lock. No comments, no giggles, just a tool and Boom! I was back in business.

I asked if I could come within an hour and phoned at 9am today. So I was able to come in they were busy. It took Chris 15 moment to duplicate my key. He programmed it so that it start and could unlock the car. They secret worked just fine even if it had been locked by my key that was remote.

Canvassed around for a decent price for a replica to the automobile key I dropped. Theirs was the one I discovered. My automobile is newer so that they had to order the crucial and asked me to call back for an appointment in a few days.

Went to their own shop..not there (hours posted as 9am to 5pm). . .waited to get a man to start (10:30am).... Said they can make me a brand new car key fob....waited for cellular van tech..then waited to get yet another. . .then began taking things! ....said they had trouble making it and would need to wait for an additional hour. Guy said I had an appointment (once I was there!) . .got old busted key fob back and requested for refund on money and left....after being there almost 2 hours....go into Keyman in Oceanside (see review)

Setting up my appointment was fast and simple, and I was awarded an accurate quote over the phone. My appointment was between 11 and 1 but I called to confirm, when the tech was not in my home close 1 PM. Michelle made certain that I was taken care of and was quite apologetic. She called me to tell me when the technician was 10 minutes off. Though they were running behind and busy, it was made up for by the degree of service.

They had been kind of it, although it's a very long story, but basically I made a mistake and left my own photo identification in my car once I was supposed to have it. I called, and I think a woman called michelle helped me. She made me feel much better in a scenario where I would have felt screwed.
They literally arrived in 5-10 minutes. And then the nicest guy named john shook my hands with a massive smile, and the friendliest demeanor, and unlocked my car is two minutes. It was pretty wonderful. He was so genuine and affectionate.

Affordable support, prompt. The locksmith advised me on how to make it easier and told me some good background information about my type of lock. I called to request service and a quote on a Friday afternoon, and the locksmith showed up within 30 minutes. I was impressed.

Called to have them all come out and re-key my locks as I was just the victim of domestic violence, and was advised by my lawyer to change the locks on the doors from returning to prevent my abuser. The told me that situation"was not a crisis" and that I should call back during regular business hours. Said this was a matter for the police. Draw your own conclusions.
