DC Doors

Fantastic job DC doors! I called at 7pm, Derek was on site within one hour. Great problem solver, lovely nature and result that is fantastic!
DC doors is your firm for the garage door system~it has never run this.

They did a good job. Paying in their price point, I'd expect to get their job although they had been adapting with the garage situation. Approximately 5 months following setup, bolts became shed making the garage non operable, so retighten and I had to fix everything.

I had a service call done on a custom garage door that lasted. He said he would warranty his work for one year. After he left, the doorway functioned quite rough and that he refused to come back saying I had to replace my motor. When I asked him to come back to check on the doorway operation that he refused. He could text me messages essentially blaming me to be in asking for a second look in the operation and/or cheap to repair and didn't return phone calls.
He billed 2x more than the previous firm that serviced my two garage doors but agreed once I questioned him on 27, to match the prices. He was rather rude from the very first time that he drove up to my house to the past winded text message blaming me for the problems with my doorway he could not fix (again he wouldn't return my phone calls). I don't usually write reviews but I believe I was treated here must be know to other people who Might Want to try another company

Great way to run your business customers searching for an honest garage door business. Hey Yelpers I urge Tony in the Over Head Doors of Pulido. Free did a great job installing a new opener, springs and without the play and quotes. Glad I predicted Pulido's!

Found Derek on Yelp, he came out and looked in our old street gate immediately and let me know what he thought he could do. Got the parts next week and has promised that an install. Communicator, reasonable prices, prompt, friendly. Recommend.

If you are having door problems don't be worried about calling DC Doors that they won't do you wrong.
Derek is great! Daily, has come. We now take all our business to DC Doors. We are extremely satisfied with the friendly and fantastic service we have gotten.

I had a very good experience with DC Doors today. My son backed our automobile into a garage door and we could not fix it . I phoned in the morning, and they could fit me in now, and my door is repaired! Yay! They repairman was prompt to arrive and it didn't take too long. Thank you!!!

Derek did a superb job. He understood what I needed and substituted an old door that was first with the home (35 yrs). His appointment times are kept to by him. I believed that he did such a great job, I had him perform a front door.
Not only was that his price reasonable (I did receive 4 other est), but I believed that he tried his very best to have good merchandise. Both occupations were without hassle. Door companies didn't seem to have the door or long delays in getting service or receiving the doors and I wanted. I appreciated his response time, in installing the doors, and his maintenance.

Derek was supplied a quote that is very competitive and very fast to take a look at our broken garage door. As it came down to the final details, and pricing, he was more aggressive and faster to respond compared to any of the other firms I contacted. When the job's scope shifted unrelated to his work, he worked out things to my own satisfaction and dealt with the change.
He will be contacted by us later on when we need additional work on our garage door or doors.

Our doorway has been in very sad shape. After speaking to him, and reviewing his site , we agreed to some door. The doorway arrived on time, and has been installed in a day. No hassles, works great. Highly suggested.

Our garage door stopped late on a Thursday afternoon. Derek answered our phone call, but arrived that evening to take dimensions. He cautioned that he wouldn't have the part that was desired until Monday, but let us know on Friday although most he had the component and would come. He has been professional and considerate and arrived exactly on time. I would hire him in a minute.

I predicted DC Doors when the spring broke on our garage door. Order at replacement and derek came through that day to measure it. The new spring he was back the following day and immediately installed. We had him replace and re crucial door locks. He did a fantastic job on the two, was efficient, friendly, and professional. I will definitely call DC Doors in the future!

I arrived home from the shop at 7pm Sat night to find my front door would not unlock! What a jolt! After dialing out of Siri's list of locksmiths by place closest (and finding everyone shut ), I must DC Doors, a few miles away - along with a person replied! I explained the problem, Derrick let me know what it told me he had been on his way and was likely to cost. He got to it and had been here in less than 30 minutes. He managed to jiggle the key and lock and pop without needing drill or to pick the lock it up. He then proceeded to analyze all of the internal workings of the door knob, the lock, latch space, the liner around the door, etc.. Not finding an obvious cause, he cleaned each small bit completely and took it all apart, put it all back together, fine-tuned the alignment and adjusted some regions. Finding nothing else wrong, he was tested and retested to make certain that it now worked smoothly. He was not only capable but only a very nice individual. Me charged exactly what he stated he'd even though I think he did more work than he expected to have to do. He enter my contact list for all locksmith needs!!
