Lock on door was stuck, was sticking for months, couldn't unlock the door. Called and Mike was out the following day without having to replace the lock, and fixed it. Yes his way of speaking is short and fast but I really don't find it rude, just right to the point. And my backyard tools sharpened also, I highly reccomend.

I called to ask about one of their solutions, and if he can give me an approximate cost. Was impolite short replies. I felt like he was annoyed at me for expecting and requesting him to give responses! He was very sarcastic. He had a bad day, but there's no way I'd return to them or refer this place to a buddy. Very unprofessional.

Mike is excellent! Five Star Service and Knowledge! He fixed a lock which I believed would have to be substituted. He was a true gentleman and professional. I highly recommend his service and could use him.

There were several issues with opening up the driver's side lock in my car, and he had quite a little trouble (2.5 hours) spent lock picking the drivers side lock. That on its own will be fine (and is quite possibly just something wrong with my car), but the drivers side lock of my car doesn't work, and also the car alarm goes off every time I open the door or start my car. I was advised that"this was fine" and to just ignore it as the alarm ceases going off after two minutes, and also to ensure I don't lock the car, and I could spend a couple hundred dollars to find a key with switches created if I wanted to try this, since the drivers side lock does not work.
Now perhaps cars are not their specialty, but I can not suggest a place which takes my couple hundred bucks but has no problem leaving my car in a country that I can not drive it, and might actually recommend that I keep driving it around with the car alarm sounding off.
To reserve an appointment - was enough lost the secret to my Honda, but didn't have a fantastic experience.
When I explained I wished to phone around and see if any other businesses might have the secret I need (with buttons) in stock, I was discouraged from looking, and advised that I should rather rush up and call to order one from them (and I could pay extra for next day shipping when I desired ), that nobody else is going to have them in stock.... Nevertheless, had a few.
