Garrett is the best! He did quick detective work to identify a tricky issue with my AC (a problem that the other contractor was unable to solve). It was an emergency scenario and Garrett was kind enough to come take a look even though I called him almost 5pm. He fixed the issue, and then made a follow up visit the next morning when a second problem developed.
One is deserved by Garrett, although I do not leave many testimonials. I'm so happy to have discovered an experienced and conscientious HVAC contractor.

Service which saved me thousands of dollars! After having to be replaced and being advised by a corporate firm that my air conditioner was totally broken, Garrett got my air conditioner running and took a peek at it did a fix and arrived. I will eventually have to replace the device, so I'm planning with Garrett to complete it, when I do. Due to his repair, and the slides that I was told by the corporate firm, I trust no one else to do the service for me. Thank you Garrett!
Bad support!! Contacted last Tuesday to install wAter heater that is paid for and they will not return calls to set up a time We have been for a week without water!
