Someone ended up showing up at which is not late, but I am astonished no one followed up with me was I just supposed to sit around all day?
Based on my research, the following locksmiths are better options:
Wrong. I had not heard with Denver Key & Lock. I gave a telephone number to them. The girl who answered their phone was rude and dismissive, telling me they would be there"out of 9-11am." She told me the technician would give me a call soon.
Very good luck with your lock/key undertaking, and remember to avoid Denver Key & Lock.
She told me they will be here"soon." I inquired what"soon" means, because I can't be waiting around all day for them. She said minutes.
I need my locks re-keyed within my Denver house, so I called to make an appointment. Denver Key & Lock gave a 2-hour window to me , from 9am to 11am. Simple enough, right?
I waited 10 minutes. No telephone. No one . The identical woman answered though this time she was clearly annoyed with my second phone call.
Here I am am. No locksmith. 15 minutes past their 2-hour window, which is quite generous in my opinion.
The two workers that came were very nice and respectful, but I was amazed to find my bill was almost $300 later being offered about $140. Not their fault - it feels like the main office just has a lot of miscommunications.

If you need a copy of some secret made this is a fantastic place super quickly out and in! It cost $9 to get three copies made which I believe is a fair price:)

Edgar Arjona is the best. Mid 4, called him and he had been rekeying the house by noon. Our car had been broken into and they had both a key and our address . So we needed it procured as soon as possible. Called him straight at 720.338.3876. 5 STARS!

Can not imagine having gotten a better locksmith . Brought our hardware in they were cheap, professional and quick and to receive our locks repinned. Thank you.

I went to get my flat essential made to give to my boyfriend. The key doesn't state"not copy", and I have had it replicated previously. The girl who helped me was extremely rude and short and stated they wouldn't copy the key for me since it was"security building key" and I had to call the manufacturer of the vital firm. She was not useful at all and made me feel dumb for trying to copy it. I know if that is their policy however it was quite unnecessary to be so rude to me! Poor customer service. I won't be back.

Key and denver Lock not only had me in and out with two working keys in less than five minutes, they took the time to describe and make sure that my key blades would be cut. Offering adjustment and follow up service should they not (I didn't possess the automobile together with me). Thank you! I'll be back for sure!
Great community locksmith with decent prices and superb service. I needed two key blanks cut that were a part of a Land Rover key fob replacement place I ordered so the remotes worked, I needed the blanks cut. I went into Home Depot and they explained they would not cut a key blank not bought from them. . .and their machine didn't even comprehend my key to buy a clean.

They simply reset it and somehow I gave a review to these men a couple years ago and my critique disappeared. Be suspicious and have couple of testimonials.
They did the job, but weren't entirely forthcoming, to be honest.

After discussing with my husband I called them and told them I wasn't happy because of the fact I was told about the fee to come out, even when I had been I'd have appeared elsewhere and I told them I would cover the portion fee but not another part. We agreed upon a $75 bill in complete but I did this only to be done together rather than have wasted as much cash.
I called them and they substituted a piece inside the cost and the knob was $125--a $75 fee for coming out to the house which I was told about before the job was finished. So in 10 minutes that he told me without discussing a single charge just how much I owed, replaced a part and pulled apart the doorknob.

Got an old secret that nobody may make a copy of? Look no further! Wow. I thought once I broke my secret to my bolt for my old 23, I was out of luck. I was told that this key was very difficult to discover. Well, Denver Key and left them and Lock had duplicates! Very pleasant guys as well.

Quick service. Helpful on the telephone about a problem with the tumbler in my dead bolt. Ended up only getting some keys copied, but they're sharp & functional.

Before calling here, called about 15 areas and they were the ones which were able to replicate my motorcycle crucial! Extremely fast service. Will go again :)

I called Denver Lock & Key in the recommendation of my landlord up and they were in my door in 20 minutes, even after becoming lost on the way.
I done locked myself out of my apt through laundry... I'll never figure out how... oh well. However it actually was a great experience!
Seth couldn't have been more professional and more friendly. He gave me a lesson on how keys and locks work and was a touch. I had a bear of a lock but for squirreling away for future use, he powered through and then provided to throw in two key copies. $65 got back me into two spares and my location, looks like a hell of a bargain to me.

We are living in a really old house in Cherry Creek and we had to replace the front and back door locks. We first went to Home Depot to find the replacements. They didn't have the brand. They suggested we go to Lock and Denver Key. We moved there and Seth was dealt with by us. He was nice and knew his stuff. Thus, we set up the lock with a few issues and went home, but us walked through it once we predicted Denver Key and Lock. When we moved to replace the lock that was next we found that there were not handles in the box. We once more talked to Seth and known as Lock and Denver Key and told him we could not locate any door handles in one of the boxes. He said he could not find them and looked round the shop. He said he would go to the warehouse and pick up two handles. The next day we drove there and Seth forgot to pick up the handles. We wanted to complete our project he said he would call the warehouse and we could go there and they'd be there awaiting us. Thus, we drove the 6 miles on Denver city streets over to the Intermountain Lock and Key. We advised the gentleman at the pickup window about our situation and Seth was assumed to have predicted. Well, there was no record of a telephone. So, I talked to a girl and called Denver Key and Lock and she said that Seth had predicted and that she'd phone Intermountain Lock and Key again and find out what occurred. That the gentleman at the pickup window phone Lock and Denver Key after waiting for 10 more minutes. He talked to a girl, Timber, and she advised the gentleman to let's come back to their shop to pick up the handles. Completely frustrated, we moved to our vehicle and known as Denver Key and Lock and the girl said that Seth went to a different provider to get the handles for a cheaper cost and that he would be back there's 20 minutes and we were to go there and pick up our addresses! She said that before we left, which is a lie, because by the time Seth could have predicted another provider it'd have been at least five minutes later he advised us to head to Intermountain Lock and Key Seth attempted to catch us. Then we drove back the six miles to Lock and Denver Key, in traffic to pick up our door. So rather than paying his customer to the money in order not to inconvenience and sucking it up, Seth chose to save a buck at his customer's expense. When we have to Denver Key and lock the man behind the counter could not find the door handles. We inquired if Seth had left it back yet, and he said yes but wasn't there at the moment since he ran an errand. After looking the handles were found by him and said he didn't understand they'd be. He should have noticed the smoke rising from my mind since he moved and asked someone if there was a fee. He was told there was no charge. We took our addresses and got in our car as Seth pulled up and got pizza from the back of his van. We attempted to support the business but sometimes it's simply not worth it. . .they were $65.00. They may not have missed this customer if Denver Key and Lock could have been considerate.

I was delighted that they were able to send out someone straight off to our multi-family rental home in Denver and called yesterday lunchtime. We had flown in from DC to do a review of this property and to reveal it to a broker that will likely sell it to us but the key that the property supervisor left for one unit didn't work so I guess the tenant changed the lock. That I believed the $95 charge fair considering that the crisis and the technician came in less than 20 minutes, was skilled and considerate and we had to get him to relock the door once we did a fast walk-through. What a JOKE!!!! We order components to get a custom made door over six weeks ago and once I called today after calling to check on the status of many time I had been told that they were just ordered last week after I called and asked to talk to the owner, I had been told that the owner could call me on Friday and that I never heard from her. They're holding the hanging up of our doorway. They're RUDE and very unorganized!!! Please don't waste your time do your self a favor and purchase directly from the production company.

We had difficulty turning the key in the door. Yes he made keys re-keyed our doorways, came at a timely fashion, worked efficiently, and answered all my questions. But past that Seth clarified, when in a pinch working with a petroleum based lubricant at the lock was okay, but on a normal basis (how we use it) it was not the best choice. The oil accumulates dirt and dust doing more damage than good in the long run also gathers inside the internal mechanism of the lock. He talked about using a different product they sell at the store that's Teflon. In a few minutes he educated me about my locks that will prolong their use for years. I feel the form of customer service encounter is currently getting more than one and getting in the process educated. I am extremely delighted with the support from Denver Key & Lock, and I state that as a man or woman that has worked in the customer service area and not pleased. Thank you Seth for the excellent job!

Speedy and friendly. They had been the only place in the city I have been able to get a copy of a key made!
