I am quite happy with all aspects of the support I received from In-Depth Leak detection. From the prompt answer to the competent and early identification, and fix that is ultimate, to my inquiry from the secretary Mariah, I do not think I could've asked for better support. Jose was quite competent and considerate in choosing to fix my leak in a manner to the pool. In addition to that, he has an excellent sense of humor! The repair area was left by him in impeccable form, if there had been anything done and you can't tell. He took the surplus dirt away! I give this firm my greatest score based on my experience!

Other people that are contacted 5 places only 1. After 3 months of hunting the 1 that called back called IDLD. They came out! I came home it mended and was done!!!! No pipe leaks discovered and also the patches needed functioning fine and were completed. It can not get any better than that. In completing what others wouldn't dare they did use a complete favor.

I called In-Depth Leak Detection on Thursday. They were incredibly responsive. Mariah was able to schedule a tech to come out an test our pool that moment. By the end of the afternoon our pool was back in working order! Highly suggested.

The owner did a project for me personally. Very triggered a hillside issue and overpriced. Now I have a problem with the installation. Owner refused to look at it and won't stand telling me I should call my pool company, which had nothing to do with this occupation.

Hammond CSRI had been anticipating a response from you as when you can conduct the job in my jacuzzi/spa that was damaged during your superb craftsmanship of my pool leak repair.

There was one leak they discovered and fixed and one they could not find.
I feel in adding my voice strong and used them.

I had a competitor last year come out and has been led down. This year I still saw water loss out of my pool and chose to bring my company here and I'm glad I did! Fantastic company, great workmanship, and good follow up... could not ask for more.

Had this business complete a flow detection my opinion enterprise. They came in and marked the area that I told them the escape was coming from, cut plumbing to perform pressure checks, then didn't repair the plumbing... supplied a report saying no additional leaks was detected, totally missing 2 leaks that was later found by a different leak detection company 9 months later. The office supervisor,to that I won't call by name, entirely clueless, can not send mails, or forgets, after claiming the invoice may have become spam... didn't return calls later repeatedly calling. My experience with this business was bad, I wouldn't suggest them. Why wait so long to offer a review?? Well, a whole summer and winter gone by, here I am, the beginning of another summertime, and I'm dealing with leaks that should have been discovered last year... Thumbs done...

I was set on a couple of days and priority scheduling Vince finished the fix and returned. During that process, I experienced any type of repair material residue or no water anywhere! Weekly since the fix, and I have not lost ANY water!
From the time I scheduled the appointment into the detection and repair process, In-Depth managed to supply me with excellent communication, fast reaction time, and above all a leak fix that has stopped my pool at Danville from dropping 2-3 inches of water each day!
I would advise In-Depth Leak Detection as an experienced company that can't only locate a leak but fix it at a more than reasonable and acceptable price!
Vince in their team managed to find the flow (s) after using all their high technology equipment and give me a thorough report on my own entire pool system. . .from there, Gene Pullin, the owner, contacted me to detail the repair process that would be carried out under water, without the need.

I had a terrific experience with In-Depth Leak Detection from beginning to end. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly and professional, and communication about the entire process of fixing it and finding our pool escape was above expectations. I hope to never need them again (no more leaks!) But when I do, I am glad I know a really professional business to call. This is a great firm. The line ladies in the office were prompt and courteous. Where the leaks were in diagnosing Blake and jeff were very thorough and explained everything to me - and I had a great deal of questions. Maclovio, Alberto, and Brian did the repair work. They were meticulous, thorough, clarified everything, etc.. It was very simple to have them around. 15 year old aggregate and the fitting of colour and material they were able to perform to my 30 year-old trendy decking was unbelievable. I will use them for any escape issues, interior and exterior.

Wish all service providers that I used were as fantastic as this provider.

Ours is a classic pool. It will leak again.
The job was fine. It seems to have been done in only a couple hours and well. That is the fantastic part.
Bottom Line: we don't recommend them and will not employ them again.
You will have to babysit them, Should you employ these guys. They could deny it and blame you if anything goes wrong. Do not let them near your pool gear without supervision. And be ready to be hounded for payment beginning before the job even starts and with each contact you have with the company -"Have you paid yet? When are you going to pay?"
The bad parts. We had been given a window of 9:30 - 10:30 for an coming of the repair team. We'd guests and did not want them beginning the sound before more like 10:00 - they gave us. We phoned the office and the girl threatened us we would be charged for an extra day and if we did not make it possible for them to begin then it might run over. Huge flag. And of course she asked for payment although nothing had been done by them. The company began asking before the job even began - twice. And three more days in the hours later it was finished - huge red flags. This wouldn't happen to be a huge deal, however, the fix man messed with all the gear in the pool house and switched off the solar and altered the settings. So that the solar is off, pool temp is falling, and we can't get them to help. The following day they tell us that the owner is arriving by - . Except it was not. He came by for one reason - to get a payment. He blamed us for the solar heading off. That is almost always a means to conduct business, blame the customer. He wouldn't hear anything I had to say.

Summary

I understood my pool needed a flow for about a year but I couldn't find it. I found a tiny bit less expensive and shopped around for companies but they do not check everything. I travelled with In_Depth and I am glad I did. They were awesome. They got in their dive suit and pulled off drains, jets and all lights and checked all including pressure testing the pipes. They found the flow and it is amazing how far my water bill went down. Money well spent.

I have a new lining in my pool which was ruined by tenants. When I made the appointment for this company to detect and repair the leak ($450) they didn't mention that I needed to provide matching material in case of needed repairs. The repairs were performed but the color doesn't match. If it had been an old lining I would let it all go, but as it is very new it bothers me. They want to charge $250 an hour to alter it. Awful business model. I'm not happy.

I've utilized In Depth for many decades. They're always very professional and friendly to work with. They do great work fixing the leaks are extremely comprehensive, clean up after themselves and stand behind their work. I strongly recommend In Depth.

This company is outstanding! I had the pleasure of dealing with Gene and Bekki that were very professional and prompt in their responses. Unfortunately, I had a bad encounter with 5 Star Pool who failed to put in a fitting in the base on my recently re-constructed pool that lead to some leak. I lost 100s of gallons of water daily! I phoned In-Depth who made arrangements to come inspect my pool inch. ( BTW, the divers were great also!) There was A report prepared shortly afterwards identifying all issues and their associated costs. Knowing I was distressed to have somebody fix it ASAP, they had somebody come over within the week. I love this company! Also, their price is reasonable and fair in comparison to what is out there. I originally known as a leak detector within my city, and they were not up to rate as In-depth was while they were polite. They did not use divers assumptions and old fashion procedures. Needless to say, once I learned of their techniques I decided not to use them.
