I replacing my hot water heater because using an water heater in the attic is fate.
The plumber who came out to do the bidding for the tankless is brilliant. Seriously. He sat up with me in my attic that was , looking at the scene of the pipes crime that flooded my house and figured out what another contractor, contractor and insurance investigator missed. Then he fixed it in less than one hour.
Once my house is dry enough to allow him to function in in it I will follow up. Meantime, I'm light a tiny candle .
We have a call asking if we still needed the support 6 months after. We're really disappointed with the customer support.
We used our water heater to be replaced by them about 12 decades ago and it was fine. When it leaked a few months ago, we called and they were supposed to emerge the day between 9:00 - 1:00. Nobody showed up and there was no telephone until about 2:00, once the technician could be there in a few hours and said he was running late. By then after waiting the majority of the day, we had to leave, so he said he would have the office telephone us to reschedule for the following moment. Maybe it would've made a difference, if we'd gotten a call earlier in the day to inform us of this delay, but it seemed we were forgotten. The following day nobody called and we ended up with another corporation.

The water heater leaked and went out at 6pm. Some friends told me about Waters Heaters Just with their day service. I called them at 7pm and they could confirm an appointment the following day. It was amazing. I was met with by donel in my home and he eliminated fresh water heater and old water heater. He was knowledgeable, efficient and polite and provided great service. I would certainly utilize Water Heaters Only again.
As has happened to many, I walked into the garage to find my feet soaked wet. The water heater was just pouring water out. What exactly did I expect by a 26 year old heater? After turning All of the water off we headed to Home and OSh Depot

Wow- what a fantastic operation. By 3:30 Beni revealed up assessed the situation and composed a quote. The cost was fair, so I agreed. By 5P the older unit was out and a brand new Bedford White (American made) water heater has been installed and running. Beni did a fantastic job! He cleaned up and explained how the device worked. Had to replace the water heater at a property I've got control over. Kevin came out the next day after I called and made a estimate. It had a great deal of upgrades Because this was a older home. The estimate was honest and Kevin returned with all the upgrades that are needed. As I'd left to run errands , he contacted me and finished the job fast. The job functioned great and looked. I have hot water at the home.
I so thankful that there is a business like this that's still. Water heaters are something one does not consider unless you're in need and it is an urgent situation that need rapid attention. Its great to know that I can call them 24 hours per day and feel confident that they will provide service!

I Predicted Water Heaters Only and Alex showed up when Assured. He provided a quote and took a peek at what was available. If he'd used a pvc pipe from the drain to the exterior of the 25, I would have given a 5 Star rating. He needed to piece it together and also ran out of copper piping on the overflow. The biggest complaint I had was....our water heater is in the garage on a stage and he fought to remove the old one and needed to lift the new up one there. Joe E. 8-13-2014
I discovered my water heater leaking on the Sunday. Called about noon, dinner time all did it. The installer, John A., was quite meticulous. Was very patient in explaining everything he recommended doing. I was quite satisfied that I got a quality product (Rheem) and quality workmanship at a reasonable price. Quite happy.
