Till you need a plumber, you never need a plumber. When I got home from work I discovered my old water heater leaking last night. In the referral of a neighbor that I called Stanton Plumbing - she'd used them based on reviews on Angie's List and recommended them.

He was back Now. . .earlier than he called. He had the water heater and set up it including bringing the setup up.
I predicted Patrick and about 8 pm was here to drain and unhook the water heater. We agreed that the water heater had to go. Patrick attached the water and the house and guaranteed to return this afternoon to install a new water heater.
Patrick was superb. From his quick response period, to his knowledge to his cleaning up after he finished his job to client support, and to his sense of humor, he excelled in every way. A water heater is a water heater. . .you get it installed anytime and can get you anywhere. Patrick's attempts, however, made an outstanding experience.

Patrick was on time (really 10 minutes ) , polite and clarified the matter with my sewer that is clogged. He was effective clean and fair in price. His 16 years expertise in the area shows! Don't hesitate to give him a telephone to your plumbing needs!

Patrick is back again to the rescue. Had a leaky pipe inside the wall. He was able to cut the wall that is dry, find the leak and fix it. Very takes care of the matter and methodical in his approach. He also seen a major plumbing issue that resulted in the water pressure to be low in my home and yard (the problem puzzled me for 10 decades and my gardener can't appear to figure out). Just another experience with Stanton Plumbing!

Not merely did Patrick pick up the telephone at 8 PM, he fit us into his schedule within 24 hours. He made the fix as good as brand new and diagnosed the problem. I don't know what is, if this is not service!

Patrick is superb! He also fixed a drain pipe that was broken at our kitchen, that was leaking from the dishwasher. He was contacted by me in the morning, and he arrived from precisely the exact same moment. Patrick, the owner, rescued daily with a new waterheater he installed above and beyond code. He had some replacement work that is tricky because the installatin wasn't done according to common sense or code. We value his prompt service explanation work and price. When it is time we'll be calling Stanton Plumbing to their share of the job.

I have a ranch style home to install this all requires navigating an extremely shallow crawlspace. I recently climbed underneath there some wiring to be run by myself and it had been made more difficult by the numerous pieces of concrete which were left behind once the home was constructed and reckless.
This work was performed about a year ago and all works well.
Stanton Plumbing installed a recirculator a little pump that keeps warm water so that when you turn a spigot there it requires hardly any time for warm water to be accessible circulating. Because our toilets and the water heater are on opposite sides of your house it could take 30-60 minutes for warm water to look at the tap. Now it takes 1-2 minutes.
He replaced a cast iron waste line using a PVC.
Prompt and excellent communication. The cost appeared commensurate. Stanton will do some future work on my home.

We called Stanton Plumbing after getting a ridiculous quote. Patrick was prompt and courteous. He gave us a quote that was very fair and analyzed our situation for the job which needed to be done. After he returned to perform the job, as he found it he was prompt, courteous and abandoned the place .

This provider is ridiculous. I called for my home to get a quote. They agreed to come out within a few hours. I then got a call back saying that" I wasn't the owner, and they need to speak with the owner to ensure I gave permission" I have NEVER dealt with a worst business regarding my organization. When I asked what company this was, (because I called several ) they refused to inform me the name. They said they did research and accused me. WOW!! Ridiculous! They lost my business and I would not suggest them!

Patrick was very fine and had our pipes cleaned within 30 minutes. He was on time, very friendly, and knowledgeable. He was here within 3 hours later I called as compared to the others that didn't even call again. He will have our business from today.

READ EVERYTHING (Upgrade and original post) I wished to compose a PM to explain. Yes we did show at the same time as a different plumbing contractor, that is embarrassing to have rivalry there. We did call and inform you several times concerning the appointment period and kept you up to date. Patrick did expand a courtesy to not make by showing them the extent it awkward. Since we knew you're in a hurry to get the job done, we said that the phone quote you obtained was that the quotation and valid, that if you would like us to do the task please inform us. So that we assumed you went with another firm, even though a follow up call should have been made we do apologize we did not hear from you. Though that is untrue we did not try to upsell. The main reason why we began our company was to be not upsell and honest and give customers an alternative. We have observed businesses take clear advantage of working individuals and have been in this industry also long. Our reputation is honesty via countless testimonials. We gave you an estimate for one plumber to do the shower cartridge, in addition to of the toilets you asked and showed up. I'm a little confused as why you're currently claiming we upsold you. How can we upsell you? The definition of upselling in the construction industry is telling a client they are in need of a thing, to make more money when in reality they are not needing it."
Let me provide some comments... You were late, which occurs. You called (one time, not more than one time), and I gave you credit for the call in my review (indicating"so no issues there"). You showed up before another contractor, and I advised you when you arrived (late) which somebody else could arrive while you're here as they affirmed which were planning on coming on time. You arrived at to start the estimate and said no issue. This is the reason why you were advised by me in advance, although I understand it might have been awkward. Here again is my confusion... in case it was awkward, then why would you not leave? The person was really walked by you . You knew the person from another firm, and you exchanged hello's. Quote being valid and also to allow you to know if I needed to go along with you or the other company is untrue, 100% untrue. Over the phone, I was given 2 quotes (one for labour and parts only if I purchased my own toilets and one if I purchased two suggested toilets from you directly). Estimate would have to be accomplished, but I wanted a quotation and was told one couldn't be given on the phone, although this was nice I accepted the the quote. Hence, the appointment was set for the same day for its quote and at the time we discussed and verified that there might be a possibility upon inspection of my toilet issue the cost could differ if it was determined a fix alone may do the job, etc.,. Throughout the quote, at NO time was that the phone quotation. Instead, upon inspection of troubled items, you did the math in your head to advise how much it'd cost for 1. Parts (up-selling me to get very expensive toilets, once I advised what my budget was, stating the samples I showed from my cell phone in my shopping encounter earlier in the day were"crap") and two. Labor for everything could be 1.5 hours (that was less time than that which was quoted on the telephone ). Additionally, at NO time did you ask me to allow you to know if I wanted to proceed with you in-person, since I was the one that asked and repeated my request email me the final quotation (vs. math in your head). You took my email address and set it. You shouldn't assume somebody is going with somebody that's poor on your end. You never know what the deciding factor is to get a customer until they say yes or no. I had advised that I'll review that and your quotation of

Appointment, showed up on time, professional completed work and cleaned up following his work. Surely would highly recommend him. Also was very knowledgeable about end fixtures.

Do not bother. Well, if you don't desire a cocky plumber who will schedule appointments with you, only to show up late, or call and re-schedule. Repeatedly. News Flash: It doesn't matter if a person is TALENTED or skillful, if he's self-absorbed and rude. You know those surgeons who possess bedside manners??, and also are egotistical Yep, same here. In addition, he forgets. Skip this guy, and get a plumber who is GOOD, rather than rude or bad tempered.

I've had Patrick Stanton for my house for two different and unrelated issues that are plumbing. 1 repair, and on 11/21/12 for maintenence of my drain. Patrick is conscientious and quite effective , definitely a breath of fresh air when numerous over-promise and under-deliver. I will recommend Stanton Plumbing and will call Stanton plumbing I want a plumber!

I had been trying to fix two leaky distribution lines under our bathroom sink once I discovered that I needed a special tool (and more experience ). I discovered that it would require about one hour of labor for an experienced plumber, after seeing with Ace Hardware. Another plumber gave me an quote for the repairs and came out. Stanton helped me understand the fix work I wanted, returned my call, confirmed my labor estimate, and lent me a fair hourly rate. If I could not reconnect our water, he also offered to come out after hours. The next two days, he had been fully booked and I could not wait. I'm writing this review because Stanton aided me even when they weren't getting the job and quoted fair prices. Their telephone number will be kept by me .

Patrick Stanton and his team are undoubtedly the most plumbers I have used a great deal and I have used during my 60 years on this earth. Stanton's pricing is quite reasonable. He does what he says what he went beyond fixing a couple of different problems he saw along the way and is going to do. This was an extremely difficult job in a 90 year old home. Space crawls. He crawled through nooks and crannies filled with critters, spiders and even a yellow jacket hive to replace the pipe under a old home, and dealt with attics. I can not say enough about Sean and Patrick managed this dreadful job and preserved a jovial and constructive demeanor during the job. He even piped a gas line into the fireplace that was old and replaced all of the old pipes. As it progressed, he kept me up to date and informed on all of the work.
