Highly recommend Carlos. He came out after he was working on an all day job, place across the bay just to ensure he cared for us. He was able to repair our water heater problem in seconds, while also helping us understand the maintenance for it and specifics and instruction about system. I will definite be using Carlos at the future for any plumbing requirements!

Carlos was fantastic - really responsive, knowledgeable and did great work. We had him replace a toilet and sink in a smallish bathroom remodel in our 7- year old residence. He replaced the bolts which hold down the toilet finished installing the caulked and vanity everything and clarified possible problems. Would definitely hire him again.

Highly recommend Carlos! I had a faucet that was leaking that I was not able to fix after a visit. He was able to fit me into his schedule I predicted. He had been on time, if he was 20 minutes off known as, cost was productive and reasonable. Can use him again.

We received a bid to put in a replacement minute hot water heater. He walked me through his bidding, what the gear will be, and what he'd need to modify to make it operate. He arrived (on time!) Two days later to set up, and vastly improved the area during the install process' existing pipes.
I wasn't informed that 3 guys would be coming to perform the job. Because I live 14, I would have liked to have had a heads up. It wobbled, when my bathroom was replaced. Strange behavior was displayed by my dog the workmen were here although I would have called them back. I tend to defer to her when I am dealing with folks I do not know.
