Joseph was fantastic. Useful, fast and professional. I needed my front door locks didn't realize how expensive it might be and changed. He gave me a price that was really fantastic. Will definitely call him again.

The locksmith came with only 1 lock. . .so we had no option if we wanted to get a lock in the door except to take it.
My experience wasn't great. Someone apart from Tal was delivered to help.
We gave a can of sparkling water to the locksmith, and he ended up leaving it.

The lock was had by me away after I predicted, and Joe arrived an hour. He took the strain out of having this. We had a lock to lock the door to start renovations on the second floor. It was he made sure that the lock functioned well and also installed the catch. Great Job, thank you Joe!
I recommend them and would use Joe/Dial Locksmith again. Joe was very fine, professional, educated and honest. He strove to save us money by repairing parts of the lock rather than replacing the lock, so we could replace the cylinder maybe not the entire lock.

I was in deep need of a successful, but affordable locksmith (if you consider the high price associated with such an agency ) who could help me in installing a lock in a door lock hole. After reading reviews for many locksmiths,"Always Ready Locksmith" /"Dial Locksmith Service" (the exact same firm ) caught my attention.
I strongly recommend"Always Ready Locksmith" /"Dial Locksmith Service" if you need a work well done and cheap without being ripped off. I will be using them.
I predicted yesterday (12/9/2017) Leo expressing what I need and what I need (to set up a new lock by switching the cylinder with my high security cylinder). Me kindly walked through the procedure regarding the option as well as an reasonable price. He came in now (12/10/2017) to work on this hole; not only Leo did the job in a timely fashion manner, but the job was well done. He did exactly what I needed, I could not be happier.

I initially used them and Joe did a good job of installing cylinders though I think that it was a little expensive for what I got. He told me that the deadbolt would need to be altered.
Fast 1 year later, called them to substitute deadbolt. There seemed A locksmith but his paperwork had another name on it same as another reviewer stated. I predicted their excuse and Dial was that they have letterheads. So I cancelled the job, he only had the one. Still billed me $20 for telephone.

He set up I'd recommend this company to anyone having a locksmith and the lock was very courteous.
I called this place and also the man who answered Tal was professional and really nice. I told him I needed a high lock installed. He told me he'd bring a few different options and we would take it from there.
He showed me exactly what he recommended arrived in less than one hour and reminded me of this yelp discount.
I called Tal back because I understood I needed to feel secure & replace my lock, after he had just left my location. He came set up the lock and gave me the yelp discount , I tried to tip him again & he refused. Such a nice, honest guy. You do not get people like him nowadays. Very grateful to have appeared on yelp to get a locksmith.

So there I am, clad in a sweater that had my car keys in it, but not my house keys, holding a Christmas tree at night and pajamas on a Sunday from the freezing cold. I wound up driving to my parents place, and used their phone to phone Dial Locksmith to help me out. By the time I got back to my own location, Tal was there. He thankfully gave me choices on the place once I mentioned needing to alter them out, and picked my lock quickly. It required me getting locked out of my apartment in the winter to change my locks.
Regrettably, time got away from me and that I never had a opportunity to go back. One cold winter evening in mid January, I finally made myself put away all of the Christmas decorations while humming Christmas Carols in the thought of Christmas being over. As I dragged my tree out the door whilst singing"The 12 Days of Christmas" I got so distracted by the song that I did not realize I did not have my keys with me once I closed the door behind me.
From the moment I moved to Kew Gardens, I stored their number from my mobile phone. I moved because I had copies of the keys made, and I had a couple of questions on locks and the installation of locks while I was there. My questions were answered completely, and I pledged to come back after my apartment was renovated to get them change the locks.
Tal was professional, considerate, and that I appreciated him giving me a breakdown of the price for all services, which was very reasonable in comparison to other locksmiths I have dealt with in the past. I will come to them for any issues. They will not be in the chilly.

I known as Tal and lost my keys. He came to the rescue on a Sunday evening and within moments.

I used Dial due to their favorable Yelp reviews and since they had a Yelp coupon. I could not jimmy open the lock and had locked the door to the laundry room into my new apartment. I phoned them and they arrived within one hour. The man they sent said that I could bust it and never incur a fee however as it's a rental, I didn't want to do this. He suggested since it wasn't required for this doorway that I don't put in a new one and was able to open it without difficulty. I loved his honesty. He'd look annoyed that I went to use a voucher but his suggestion was based on the general cost and it was prepaid by means of a charge card.

Tal was fantastic! This guy was super amazing. Professional, the price of everything, and upfront with what he went to do. However he was straight. Came broke down my options and was done within moments. Amazing service, also will now for certain function as go to locksmith.

This firm is so efficient and professional! I just moved into my apt after an house renovation and my contractor still had my own key! I called them up at 5pm and they had the ability to be at my min. Joseph and Tal were so pleasant and accommodating and changed my lock and mended the my deadbolt (that my husband did not fit properly, what can I say he isn't handy!) In no time! I'll be able to sleep tight tonight! I will hire them for my locksmith requirements and refer them to all my friends, neighbors and family!! Because men!!!!

Following an hour after, the guy comes. He states it is a 5 tumbler lock and looks at the lock he can't pick it. He is currently going to need to drill through the lock and replace it. It's a $75 for gon na charge me $50 to get a new lock and keys, $100 for labor, and the service. ( WHAT!?! What type of locksmith does not understand how to pick a lock?) I told the guy that I don't want damage the lock. He is currently gon na attempt to breach the door and cost me $175. I gave him an old credit card. Guy was really fine and was quite professional. He drove all the way over so I waited for him to breach the door.
15 minutes afterwards were known as by locksmith. He said he mentioned the address and had been here. The person on the phone gave the address to the locksmith! I gave the address to him. He said he is going to be on his way. (I should have said looked for a different locksmith at there!)
I had been locked out of my flat and wanted an expert locksmith to decide on on a lock. My roommates were from town and also the building's super wasn't offered. I should have proposed for this crisis since I tend to get locked out of my house and automobile alot. Depending on the reviews, I believed I was getting a bargain.
I guessed I check to see whether the super was here While I was waiting for him to breach the door. He had been here and I managed to get in the apartment. The guy could not get in my flat. He said he learned how to breach the door without breaking the lock in the army. I felt this guy was working for this particular business because this the sort of work he can find. He charged me. He said he only takes money despite the fact that they supposedly take credit card per the business profile. Well, I went to get money and the guy was ok with that. I didn't attempt to pay back the price because I am convinced he had to provide majority of their cash to the firm he worked for. I'm giving the two stars for the guy due to his professionalism.
They took my address and phone number, when I called the place. I told them that I had been locked out of my flat rather than my construction. I'll wait for them in the lobby. The person on the line repeated my address but repeated the wrong address. I explained the address. They replied"oh, ok. Locksmith will be on their way." Until I asked prices they wrapped up. I should have called back and asked. My phone ran low on its battery and I wanted to conserve battery.
I felt scammed by the company because they aren't trained and try to take advantage. I am not going for this organization and wouldn't recommend them. I hope that guy finds a better company to work with and learns the trade.

All of us know how sketchy NY can be. I am always a bit leery of walking about Queens, Though this area is predominately Jewish, being from the south. I got locked out of my apartment and ended up here which was the locksmith I could find. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and the operator and his spouse both were trying to help me. The customer service couldn't have been better. The owner came to my apartment, opened my lock with me , and that I made it to work in time. He had been kind, considerate, and most of all efficient. I would not hesitate to urge his services or him.

Locked my keys 1 hour before I had to get my children from daycare. After getting the runaround from another locksmith I called this shop and Tal. Gave me a totally reasonable price over the telephone, said he'd be there in 10 minutes. Took my card and that I had been on my way to get my children. Not late. Courteous, professional, respectful. Gave me . Reached out to have a key made for the van. He did it for me. Once more said it would take at least an hour. He had been done in less than 20 minutes. This man is just one in a thousand. I recommend.

I called them and they had been at my door within a half hour.

Doorknob to home was not functioning.
I thought that he had been friendly and honest. He guaranteed his fix. He said he would come back for free if it became stuck .
Tal, the locksmith, mended the knob. A brand new knob was not necessary; he didn't try to upsell me. The knob was realigned by him so that it would proceed with the knob.

I adore these guys. Here is why:
I'll go there , if I want something. If they have it, then they will get my organization. They did have most of what I needed.
They were professional nice, cheap, and educated, and they came the same day that I called to request a lock switch.
2) It is a family-owned business that has been in the neighborhood for quite a long moment. It's a little hardware shop with competitively priced items. I showed up with a listing, and Tal walked me through the shop collecting everything for me.
3) They remembered my name once I went back.

I was in a position I must of known as or the office but they had been quick to respond I was in shock. Being that I am am. Great customer service didn't utilize the service but the way that they addressed the matter and made me believe I knew I got ripped the place I got a quotation off. Thank you and I really hope to do business with individuals like your self!!

My spouse known as Dial Locksmith and was locked our. Tal came within moments of this telephone and opened door within seconds. If I came into a jam in this way again I would call Dial Locksmith. Great and quick support!!

My keys looked down, keys that were incorrect. Whomp. Ran to my sister's apartment and called that place. Locksmith was in my lobby in 15 minutes and it was afterhours. He couldnt bust it open because it had a bar rather than 90 I paid $195. Sigh. We are all in the sector but the guy was nice and efficient and Im a jackass so worth it.
