Next morning with all the new tank the 2 men showed up right on time at 9am. They explained everything a few hours after my tank was set up and they do and water was restored into my property! The price was great and the job was topnotch. I have gone though a lot of unreliable plumbers in the past, so I am glad to understand.
Spoke on the telephone with Steve and told him my problem. He gave me a rough estimate over the telephone and was extremely helpful and said he'd have his men at my home first thing in the afternoon.
WARNING.. .Thief, crook, or shyster. All these names describe Mr. Stephen Louis Davis. Contacted Stephen to do some work he showed up to offer the estimate, took the deposit the check for the deposit, but not showed up to perform the work. I got no response and tried calling him. I needed to phone him from various amounts that he did not understand in order for him to answer. After 2 weeks of this back and forth run about with StephenMy attorney contacted him and asked for a refund of my deposit and had been advised that a refund wasn't an option. So I registered a complaint with the county and the nation and had him detained. BEWARE DO NOT HIRE THIS CROOK!

Warning - This isn't Rosher Plumbing. The Rosher's finished their plumbing business in 2007. These men are price gougers and scammers. Every 1 star review is the fact regarding how they operate. The guy came and I swear that he walked in circles while he spoke to me and acted as though he was on crack. Freaky dude. Never again!
These guys were amazing! Came to my house, figured out the problem and abandoned my system running smooth!! From now on they're my go to company. Respectful, courteous and knowledgeable, there men are the reality!
He explained his son Landon would call me to discover the leak. His son phoned me and we set the time. He called to tell me they were going to be late. He'd showed in the evening. We set the appointment for the repairs to be accomplished. The day they were supposed to come do the repair they could benefit from a break and also texted saying they weren't able because he was exhausted from the work to come. If it was ok to re schedule. Then provide me the excuses and he chose to call me. I told them he desired it wasn't likely to be possible. Well after a few hours he called he said he founded a wingman and if it was ok to go that afternoon. They showed late in the afternoon getting dark and they were in YOUTUBE. Well it was kind of scary knowing that nevertheless they were performing the job(which has been a RED flag and that I didn't listen ). When they finished late in the night we checked for leaks and it looks great so we gave them a check because he stated they do not take cards or cash (second Red flag which I didn't listen ) and the third flag which I didn't pay attention was that they included 50.00 dollars more in the end because he said his Dad was angry at him for charging me little for repair.
They are the service ever. I didn't expected that from them. They didn't fulfill with my expectations. So I want to talk about my story so you know and do not be fooled just like me. Check there address and you see the truth.
Let me share my own story. I believe people will need to know about Dick Rosher Plumbing. I called them and after talking to the purported owner on the phone(Steve) they seemed like they'd be very comprehensive, in part due to the assumed latest technology. I chose to try them over other people had on the listing despite the fact that they were the priciest.
The project was done on January 13, 2018. I've known them the Dad and the son as well as NO ANSWER. To top it of this address is email address and non present not valid. Because they didn't allow me to take my photos, I'm still waiting for my email with all the images of the repair and the newspapers.
I am still waiting for the email with all the pictures and paperwork that job was done and now is January 22, 2018. Because they sounded on the phone It's ashamed
Steve of Dick Rosher Plumbing came out to do a flow detection on the house, our water bill was large, they did an wonderful job! They found that the leak fast, very reasonably priced, they saved us a ton of money! We got the paper work and pictures we had the next day!!! We will surely use them again in the future, we could not recommend them !!! A++++
Without having to rip out celling under!!! fixed my bathroom tub drain escape Thank you!! Other plumbers told me that I would need to rip out the 1st floor celling for to the bottom of the bathtub drain which was leaking from the floor. Steve and his staff were able to fix the drain to walls or the celling with no harm. Great job!
When I had cost them a client and called to let them know that their no-show was unacceptable, the manager never offered to do anything to make it right. When I've screwed up and operate late for an appointment, or there was a confusion between the client and myself on the time, I provide a free service. There was none, although some promise of a discount on my next neeeded service could have prevented this particular review. Customer service means doing your utmost to deliver on the customer's expectations, if their expectations are not met, but perhaps more importantly, it also means doing your utmost to make the client happy.
We set up an appointment for a Friday morning. I had a difficult time scheduling this appointment since we had to get a time that my neighbor, DR Plumbing, and myself could be accessible. 10-15 mins. Once I had been expecting the plumber to arive, I went to my mobile phone to call them and noticed that an hour before the appointment, the manager had sent me a text I want to know that they wouldn't be able to make it since his guys had stayed up very late doing an emergency plumbing job the night before. Of course this made things more complex because now I had to attempt undergo all of the scheduling issues all over again and to find another plumber.
This review is long overdue. I was reminded of it since I need plumbing services again for another situation. Back in January, I called Dick Rosher Plumbing fix and to find a leak coming from our bathroom into the condo's restroom beneath ours. After reading their testimonials and talking to the manager on the telephone they seemed as if they would be very thorough, in part as they're using the technology that many plumbers were reluctant to cover.
They may be excellent plumbers (Unfortunately, I can't confirm nor deny that ), but that is a very unprofessional and unreliable way to conduct business. I run a small company myself. Sometimes I get calls asking if I can squeeze them in for an emergency. I wouldn't ever cancel or reschedule without calling the client to ask if it was ok to change our appointment a client I had reserved, for a last minute booking with my client. And I certainly would not cancel or reschedule through text. I would first call (that remains far and away the very best form of communication( excluding face-to-face), leave a message if I got no response, and THEN text. Furthermore, in case it meant that I had to coffee up and deal with a sleep to maintain my appointment that is initial, I would do that.
I had to telephone Rosher Plumbing to correct a water leak my Panda Kitchen builders left. Why not call Panda on it bother since I have had to fix messes I have zero faith in them. I have learned how important it's to address water escapes, and this needed fixing.
Once more I needed rescue from the tragedy that Panda Kitchen Spying me.
Do I mind paying someone to repair issues that were created by another building company yes, But, finally it'll be worth it.
It's always I respect that.
My garbage disposal broke, and even though my condo building's greatest efforts Steve and Victor worked with my program. Very friendly and professional.
