I phoned them at 8 and they program for the day at 12am. They arrive in time and they unclogged the kitchen and laundry area. They clarified to our renters what not to do in order to not have this problem again and what to do.

me that they'll send someone in one hour! He obtained here at 1pm! They did not even take his gear with him to diagnose my own water heater! He
said and looked at it, without diagnosing the water heater to allow him to fix it that it was to much work! The idle technician told me that he won't mend it and walked out of my flat! Never seen anything like this, but than is Miami!

Not recommended. I had because the toilet was clogged, the plumber encounter. The guy was professional. He gave me his cell number in case anything happened in the next few days instead of me calling his firm so that I would call him. I paid around 500 buck and he abandoned. The following day I tried calling him to find out what to do and had the same difficulty. After leaving and calling several messages throughout the afternoon I got a hold of him and he was very rude. I had to argue with him , because he ended up sending over two men to check out my difficulty. Since he didn't know how to return a ladder down one almost fell off my roof. He put a camera down a pipe on my roof. I was told by them they needed to replace 1 pipe and it was not that much to do. They recommend I fo the job myself. They came back with a nearly 5 thousand dollar estimate for repairs and left when I asked for an estimate. Don't use them.

I called them because of a problem with my kitchen sink. Since they said they wanted the landlord to provide acceptance along the way, and to be informed of each step Initially, they looked very diligent. A technician told me the faucet required to be replaced and came over. I ended up having the landlord hit them and nothing done, no trace up, nothing. Both the landlord and that I had to call many times over the days to get them to schedule a trip to repair it. We had to be the ones to reach out to them, within a span of two weeks. You may guess, nobody came, I wasted an entire day. When I'd call them because nobody would show up they would always tell the technician is on their way to me, or find excuses. I've lived in my home for 26 years and have never needed to call a plumber because my husband could usually fix the issue....until today! We called and were told that our appt are at 4:00.
