Desired a locksmith instantly and I called. They had been the only place which had a locksmith come to my automobile instantly (within 30 min) and he did a great job at getting into my car without causing any harm. Very impressed by them!
A locksmith was advised by me 3 times. Locksmith never showed. He called several times stating"on how", but never showed. Needed to take work off and get someone else to alter locks. Frustrating and terrible encounter. It's baffling that any company thinks this behavior is acceptable.
I called to get a quote on a big occupation and was advised that a tech would call me back shortly and that someone could meet me now to examine the job and bid it. If I could talk with the tech, I called back an hour later to inquire. I had been told that he would call me back shortly. An hour later, when I hadn't heard anything, I called a third time back. The gentleman I spoke with said that his tech also functions for another company who had given me a quotation the day before. Apparently, they don't compete and so I couldn't be helped by them. No one bothered to call me to let me know and that I wasted three hours during which I could have attempted to find someone else for this project.
