After 40 years my entrance door knob seized up and refused to open, I live close to DD so I drove around to converse together, I was immediately assisted by Tommy, found out that the lock I'd hadn't been made in the previous 20 decades ago I went back to Fort Knox and got a phone requesting an image of the door knob. I got a call back and delivered it.
First I wish to thank every worker on duty at Double D locks, everyone was a help right from me entering the shop to the installation of my front door lock.
Tommy set up a lock. I was very thankful for the quick and very professional service that is super.

I accidentally locked and I don't have any key for. I had it in my car to attract for my daughter. I stopped by a different store to see if they can open it, they could not. In a panic I called Double D Locks just before closing time, they told me to deliver it even though I'd be arriving after closing time. Within minutes it had been open. Quite friendly and moderately priced. Even offered advice to get another key.
