Easy to use! Got into the house within a couple of hours and only have to work and got our pipes transferred. Would use him again in a heart beat! Wonderful guy and knows his stuff!

Our problem was our sewer line, but it had been far, far down the line. So far down that Ed needed to call his brother to bring over the truck using the machine that is larger. Along with his brother was here in about fifteen minutes.
Both of them were a joy. Respectful going, and they listen. I would hire them again.
We had a plumbing backup at the house, and had ordered for another company to come out to take care of it in the daytime. They didn't show. I was told by them that they had been'on their way'. Two hours later texted'Sorry, I'm nearly done here'. And then jump. After a couple of more hours and no replies to my voicemails/texts, I cut the first firm and known as Drain Masters. And I'm really glad I did!
That the area was known by him too - he and his brother had been increased at Almaden Valley. He had done work for one of my neighbors.
Ed knocked on my front door thirty minutes afterwards, and then asked a few questions, picked up the phone. Wow.

He's the best! Super friendly, educated, support that is amazing. I'd recommend his services to anybody. Even took the time from his afternoon on the center of the afternoon Saturday to help me. I will certainly call him back if anything else comes up.

Integrity and honesty are soooooo nice! I phoned Drain Masters to come out and carry out a hydro-jetting service (a extremely technical pressure-washer for sewer lines) My lineup wasn't obstructed, but I had easy access to the sewage system in a remodel and I new there was a little building debris at the sewer line - so I thought why not get some reassurance it is clear. Edward came early, and he used his sewer camera to examine my sewer line. He explained my lines looked fantastic, and he saw no necessity to spend the cash on the service. Thanks Edward!

Such as replacing the mainline ed continues to be my go to plumber for many decades and contains help repair problems at my house. He's extremely knowledgeable, reasonably cost, and very friendly I highly recommend his services.

Dave and Edward did a fantastic job clearing our French drain system. A part of the drain was clogged with minerals that are solid, but they could think of a solution avoid the cost of rerouting and digging a trench and to break through. They showed up on time and charged a reasonable rate. I suggest Drain Masters.

Ed scheduled a time with me, willing to work on my schedule to come out and set up whole house water filtration system with UV filtration, a Pelican Saltless. He warned me ahead of time he is going to turn the water off for 4-6 hours. He has my hose so I could wash my cars pristine, with filtered water, filtered! Professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and showed me the answers I had.

I had been told most other companies would have charged me $570 an hour...I would assume then they are clearing my obstructed drain in the International Space Station...
Same-day service for a clogged kitchen sink and bathroom....very educated, courteous and respectful. . .only criticism...a little on the pricy side! I'm in the wrong line of work! :)

Me and Dad were trying all day to unplug the drain line we gave up called Eddie he had it completed in 20 minutes and came out WOW!! Awesome guy he has been doing it for some time thanks Ed!!!

I had an urgent need to replace my water line out of water meter box to the home like I just realized my pipe was rusty and too old during a landscaping project. I phoned he and Edward should up in under one hour! The pipe was replaced with a copper line the very following day. I am impressed with his frank approach and"can-do" mindset. Following the very first company is known as sent a guy out two hours. He did not want to remain and unclog the drain at 6:30pm.... Complained it was a job and he wanted to go home at the day's end, not do this. Said I should have known. I did call sooner, at 10am.... Well, wouldn't do the job and said he'd come back the following day. Well, what are we supposed to do with ALL SINKS AND BATH TUB full of water?
The following morning I phoned Ed and he came out and had it repaired in under 15 minutes! No problem, no hassle!

Called Drain Masters, as I have done in person and previously, Ed answered live, thumbs up. I told him my problem about a Kitchen drain which I couldn't unclog myself. Ed stated he'd be there in 90 mins, came in about 45 minutes. Diagnosed the issue, and had the drain unclogged and functioning as normal in around 15 mins. We could undergo the dish pile up. Drain Masters are just straight they appear and get it done, no BS angry or consultative urgings unless you ask for their opinion. I'll be calling them to future demands.

I am so glad I made the decision to call Ed. We had a rental property and one following the leasing and that the principal sewer date. I predicted town, but water is still backed up after town took the origins out of the clean outside (near side walk). With tenants in the house it is a lot of stress on me. I reaching out on yelp. We discussed options and I decided to dig the yards and put in a new 2 way clean out so that we may fix this problem for good and help save effort. Ed had the team begin digging and run a camera to find the pipes. 4 hours later we have a fresh clean out and no clog. Ed subsequently run cameras on both sides to be certain there isn't anything missing. And the cost is reasonable. I could not be more glad that I had picked on Ed. Highly suggested.

The kitchen trash disposal has been clogged and incredibly slow to drain. Both sides of the sink drained very slowly. I predicted Drain Masters around lunchtime on Wed and Ed came the morning. Ed was professional and very considerate. He took the pipes out, showed me what was causing the clog (butternut skillet, guilty as charged!) , cleared it told me to avoid placing massive scraps in the disposal in the future. He had been done in under 25mins. As what he quoted on the phone, charged me the exact same cost. Just straight up service that is honest, no fuss! Highly recommend!
