My husband has a 1983 Mercedes 240D. Somehow my 3 year old and 4 year old missing his only set of keys. After dealing with numerous locksmiths ( over 3 including the Mercedes dealerships) these superb and gifted people unlocked the trunk and made each of the keys for the car. I'm amazed and deeply They are the best period!
The ad says they're open until 5 PM. I called to say I wanted to come at 4:30 and had been advised they close at 4:30. Was told that Monday was that the most early. Tried to state that I had been at work although that my front door wouldn't open. The girl was very rude to me by saying that if they could not be met by any one sooner then they could not help me. I would never recommend a company that told someone who had been locked that they could just wait until after the weekend.
Called in for help obtaining a secret made no mention of them not minding code keys. I went and purchased the key even mentioned the secret they gave me was distinct. They said it would be OK. I left to drive back to my shop, I attempted in. I called to see about coming the key and I have not been so rudely treated, the owner was quick to say it was not his fault and after all said and done tells me the secret they made won't be honored by them. Plus they won't repay the cash, that could have been nice if when I spoke to him the first time and ask that he told me rather than waiting to running and essentially taking my money. That and his crying to me personally on the phone. I will not recommend them to anybody, they're not professional, and you ought to come across another locksmith.
These guys are the best at what they're doing. I have been a loyal customer for ten years for my company near them, and that I find them simply indespensible to possess . They save a whole lot of time, money, and aggravation...
