Used them earlier. They were great. I rekeyed and had to my relocked and it had been done over several days that had OK although bc he had been missing parts. It was inexpensive and also done professionally. They came to my house but I dont think they make house calls. They've a store in Ashland and the proprietor is a complete sweetheart.
Key and eastern Lock is amazing! I had a key break off at a doorknob and they were able to get it out as well as make me a key. It was affordable and the service has been fantastic. I was worried going in, since I feel like it's a pretty dumb thing to receive your key but they also made me feel so welcomed and weren't condescending in any way. I strongly recommend them looking for cheap friendly and prompt service.
Eastern Lock & Key assisted my family! The Locksmith even took the opportunity to help search for the lost key in our yard (which was similar to a needle in a haystack). Very professional, PROMPT, and courteous service! I contacted the business listed when I performed a google search and was disappointed in their customer service. Eastern Lock & Key was and we're glad we did!
