I am rather happy with the courteous and speedy service that I received from the tech Chris of Easter. He mended my broken deadbolt and also took care of another issue in my door.
The price of repair was very fair. I like that this is a company.

That they provide before they appear on waiting the duration of the time window, unless you've got the appointment of the day program. This was my experience.

I use them for work and personal. They are fast and professional. I'm sure someone can visit other areas and get a cutting machine to cut down a copy of a key but I've had difficulties with these before and I'm not about getting locked out of my workplace or home. If you want to have more than one key or better customer support than the usual Vending Machine. Use them! I only took a star off as they are pricey.

These people are good at what they're doing. We have used them with both houses we've possessed in Baltimore. They're professional when they visit your house, and they're professional in their shop service counter. They're the best by far, although they are not the locksmith that is least expensive. We have used them for rekeys new deadbolts and essential duplication. I have no reservations in recommending them.

Given my lack of understanding concerning locks, the tech might have taken me but did not. I would not be afraid to call them, and strongly recommend.
Same day service they provided. The friendly and knowledgable technician removed the deadbolt, examined it, identified the difficulty (the pins), went into the truck filled with tools he drove out, repaired the hooks, cut a lot of new keys for me personally, and was in and out within 45 minutes. A price charged.
The period arrived when my key no longer functioned at all, after having trouble with my deadbolt for more than a year. I called Easter's that day after reading some reviews, finding them on line, and remembering that I had seen their trucks around my area.

I called to check about a spare key for the Tundra. I had been told that I had to come back in so they could put my key in a fixture to see whether it might be replicated and also discuss"other choices". The tech went in the trunk never touching my 14, As soon as I got there. He explained they could not make the secret, After he returned. When I asked about the"other choices" he stated there were none.
Why waste my time when they might have answered over the telephone? Easter's is incompetent.

A petsitting business is conduct by me and I go to Easters to create copies of keys that are unusual, although I have my own machine to produce copies of keys that are regular. They always make the best copies (the big chain hardware stores never create working copies) and they're extremely friendly. They are strongly recommended by me!
