Element Locksmith

One of our client's locked their keys inside their vehicle. Becoming aware that cost was an issue this customer, my question for the person answering the telephone at Element Locksmith was, what they cost to come and unlock a 2004 automobile? Element's representative request address, then said the charge was $15. Then she said that it would"more than likely" be another $35 to open the doorway. He then provides a bargain of $125.00. As for me, I thought $50 bucks was very cheap. So the customer called another place that quoted $65.00. I phoned Element to allow them to understand what happened, they tell me that's the starting price. That is fine, but they should have said the"starting price" information when I called the first time. Then 10 minutes after the locksmith leaves the first lady I spoke to at Element Locksmith calls me and tells me that the locksmith can now open the car door for $50.00. Scammers relying upon the fact that your desperate to get your door open at any price... Sad

Past 8, we moved to Broomfield from Wisconsin and that I accidentally locked my daughters keys within her 2006 Toyota Camry 1-27-20015, on Monday. She went to mail them and has an additional set of keys . Instead, I called Element Locksmith in broomfield and they told me that they could be at my home in twenty minutes for a fee of $15.00 for coming out and $35.00 for unlocking the car in my garage. When the rude guy came, he told me that since it's a Toyota Camry it'll cost $135.00 to unlock it. I told him exactly what I had been told and quoted him I'm not paying that kind of cash. He then rudely demanded his $15.00 and started to threaten me. Once I advised him a locksmith in Wisconsin came out and unlocked it for $75.00, he rudely responded,"This is Colorado rather than Wisconsin." When I asked to speak with manager, he denied. When I told him I'm not giving him a penny and asked him to depart without unlocking the door, he finally agreed to a cost of $75.00. It took him no more that three minutes to unlock the door and I had been so pleased to get him.
