Carlos went over and beyond to help unclog my bathroom sink drain. When he was done, he made sure to place everything back under my sink and wash up everything around the area.
The price was supposed to be 79, but since they ran a bit late and he arrived behind schedule, he gave me a discount! I figured that he offered there would be an upcharge.
I would certainly suggest Elite Rooter!

I called Elite Rooter because my pipes was backed up at the home I bought. I knew because my home is 93 years old I would need to replace my old cast iron pipes eventually, I just was not expecting to need to do it suddenly. I called Elite Rooter based on reviews and I am glad I did. They came out over 90 minutes on a Saturday and informed me they wouldn't have the ability to use their snake because the pipes were broken (they saw this using their camera).

So we chose to repair the problem and replace the plumbing. We ended up running into a few issues and Franky completely cared for us from the beginning. I was not able to be home so he texted me.

Absolutely fantastic support! I called at 7.45am and also a beautiful lady answered the phone straight away and was very beneficial.
She arranged for a technician to come between 9am and 11, and he arrived very quickly.
What a guy called Mike, really friendly, super friendly and productive. He piled our problem immediately gave us some hints so it did not happen again ( we had a slow emptying / blocked bathroom ).

Raphael was extremely helpful giving advice to me and when analyzing my dilemma. Unfortunately the issue beyond his control and will have to receive our HOA involved. Even Raphael helped us out after the task was done to work together with our HOA by hitting out. I highly recommend Raphael and be useful and Eilte to get the job done.

Expertise was suboptimal. Deficiency of knowledge and they tried to do effort that was unnecessary to acquire income.
One decided out to flush a lot of things down the toilet to jam it up prior to being forced to go out. So to unclog the toilet which overflowed with, I had to call a plumbing company.
Elite rooter was conducting a special of $79, and that is to unclog toilet, a great deal. Well the price is too good to be true, it a bait and switch scheme. The tech came out and told me it had to be hydro-jetted which would cost $700 or more and that the line was clogged. Not only was incorrect: property can't be hydro-jetted and also includes cast iron pipes that are old. Luckilyour general contractor was there doing some work and took one look at the situation and said that is not the case, only the toilet is clogged and just to snake that. The tech and our GC contended to get a couple of minutes and that I had to step in to make a decision.
The tech did snaked the toilet drain, snaked the pipe for the toilet's part and it was cleared up. Although the price was ALOT more than $79. Certainly do NOT recommend.

Many issues. This review isn't complete but I'll write the details when the issues are resolved (or not). Don't trust this company

I am hoping others have a different experience than I did with Elite Rooter. I had an appointment for an estimate also to look at upgrading to a tankless water heater and to conduct a mainline. Roughly a 10k job. This work was required because of our mainline being broken under the driveway leaking 25-30 gallons of water an hour.
I was told I would have a few estimates later that night (options provided by the technician). To me this was important I could make a decision on a builder.
I never received an estimate that the technician a follow up, he asked for a couple of days. Here I'm 12 days after never did receive that estimate.

I predicted Elite Rooter and they charge by the job not. Within one hour Ehsan was here and he also fixed the problem.
Ehsan was very friendly before coming in and he put. Plus he explained what he was likely to do and how everything worked . I am for phoning Elite Rooter and will ask for Ehsan, When I have any problems whatsoever!
So had an issue with my tub and Bill Howe went to charge me extra because it was after hours. Though it was a Monday around 2pm so whatever.

Elite Rooter is our go to issues that have the appropriate tools or can't fix myself. These guys are excellent and provide the service. Consistently conveintent and friendly, and when available, for around your schedule. Called today because we had countertops installed and inquired if anybody was available. The secretary said she give me a call back after she checked out in the area. Calls right back, leaves and voicemail and states Kenny will be over.
He is exceptional in his craft and 360 degrees. Goes above and beyond just an overall and any task A man to talk and hang around. Great job! Semper Fi!
Wow. Can't say about Kenny. Travelled all the way from Santee to aid a kitchen sink job. Occupation but analyzed enormous meaning attentiveness, that the significance, and purposeful dedication to get the job complete comes for me as no surprise. He assisted us along with his crew also revealed to provide us quote about re-doing all copper with PEX, which was a fantastic deal not within our budget at the moment.

Too expensive. Asking for $20,000 and states they will complete in two days. Found other plumbers who will do the job for less than $2000 at the same time frame. Plus supervisor is rude. Look.

The ceremony was fantastic. They could diagnose the problem and get whatever unclogged throughout their trip. I recommend their services for anyone who's in a circumstance that is similar. I understand if I ever have any trouble in the future, I will be utilizing Elite Rooter.
When I do my laundry, my clean basin sink was clogged and not draining. I saw some build up in my sewer clean out. Elite Rooter managed to come another day (Saturday) to have a look at my circumstance. I received a phone call when they were 10 minutes away and they had been on time.

We phoned Elite Rooter, and they shipped out Kenny Kniskern (senior tech ) within the hour to diagnose and treatment plan our pipes scenario. He was very respectful & courteous during our interactions and through his very tidy & meticulous work habits and ethics that is exceptional as well as knowledgeable. He works hard to achieve your satisfaction. We are happy we've got a plumber we can rely on and trust!

I showed him the issue and he does not think it is a plumbing problem. He describes why which is easy for me to comprehend. He recommends who I should call to get it looked at further. Plus, he had been friendly and positive.
Appreciate firms like Elite Rooter, that value over making cash helping customers. Though I didn't really use their service, the honesty and professionalism of this firm will have me phoning them back when I do have a true plumbing problem (god forbid!)
From the beginning, this firm was pleasant to deal with. They provide free on site quotes with no obligation that's a incentive for me. I need to know before hand what the issue is and the price. Angelica and I spoke to setup the appointment who had been friendly and responsive. The technology Ramone called me to let me know he had been on his way. Once he came, he wore with no having to ask which is 5 stars in my book these shoe booties! :)

I contacted Elite Rooter through yelp and got a reply. They jumped to schedule an appointment the very next morning to accommodate my schedule. Frankie got on time to our house, '' He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Frankie have a peek at the faucet and let me understand that it had been something that needed tightening. He cared for tightening it and I was very happy with his honesty and assistance. Thank you!

It started with a flow. I had a washing machine repairman come outside to look at it, who advised me that I want to call a plumber to snake outside the piping. Elite Rooter was called by me. They were really helpful and were able to come out same day. Shout out to Trey and Raphael. Thank you for dealing with my HOA for the work and tips.

I had a terrific experience with Elite Rooter and in David Smith who was. David was patient, polite, educated, experienced, punctual and thorough. He finished the project double checked his work to be certain no leaks have been found anywhere. Elite Rooter even assisted me with finance choices when it was discovered that many feet of old cast iron pipe needed to be replaced, thank you Devin Miller for the choices. I didn't feel cheated or just like I paid too much for mediocre work. Hi highly recommend this company and ask for David Smith if he's available.

I am so disappointed! Having chosen this business for their reviews I had them put in a pump that was new for me, NOTHING but problems!!! It's malfunctioned a multitude of occasions. The final time it was"fixed" they left an entire open which after calling a few times I shut myself. Again I am at a loss about what to do and find it malfunctioning? Do NOT call this corporation!

At the office today and we ran into an issue. Who comes to the rescue in the amount of time. . .Ehsan and Carlos from Elite Rooter!!! Long story short, turns out my plumbing issue is a building issue. The plumber required a water line to flush the issue out. Rather than driving away, Ehasan and Carlos offered to assist the guy figure it out. Like a plumbers marriage. Like team work that is real! Good men and women operate at Elite Rooter - to the team in the specialty by the lady. Everybody came together to make sure everything was handled. People don't do this very much. Its hot out side today, like real sexy. Needless to say, they've earned my business.

David and frankie are wonderful. They're extremely knowledgeable well trained and very respectful of my landscape. They Both informed me of each step they took and finished the task. I would do everything to keep both these employees, if I was you. They are assets for your company.
