Glad I picked Elite Rooter for pipes problems. Tech Brian H. was polite, helpful and figured out the pipes issue immediately. It was fixed and the invoice was very fair. Certainly use them!
This inspection is overdue. The two Brians came, and both were very friendly, but a bit confused as to what work was done, and also how much everything would cost. At any speed, the friendlier Brian, who comes into town just on certain days and lives outside of Tucson, was the plumber that stayed to do the majority of the work. I gave one star because when the faucet changed the plumber didn't bother to reconnect the pipes to Elite. I'd on run water to the floor the moment I turned onto the water. With a bucket beneath my sink, I called Elite for the plumber. I was informed they didn't need anybody to dispatch back out! An remove from this review is that Elite so is short-staffed, and has horrible customer service. I had a cable appointment the following day. The cable guy watched the water on my floor (the bucket overfilled), and he happily cleaned up the water and repaired the shady job on my faucets and plumbing! Elite Rooter received payment without any care or concern regarding the standard of work or whether the job was completed.
I hired Elite to conduct a gas line to get a BBQ in the meter into the terrace. I chose this company due to the high ratings on Yelp but regret I didn't get estimates. They quoted me $3500 but billed me 3570. The cost in accordance with Home Advisor should happen to be less than half this. They've never responded although I've contacted Elite 3 times concerning the fee that was over.
They were supposed to conduct the pipe but ended up digging across my backyard because they didn't clearly communicate in which the connection was assumed to be put to the installer. Digging across the back yard damaged the sprinkler supply line, which costs me extra money to repair.
They didn't clean up after their job and left dirt see image.
I had a toilet at 8:00, and it had been fixed by 9:30. Super friendly lady on the phone sent some one out right away, and it didn't break the bank. I'll phone them!
Because I thought I had a sink, I called them, however, my washer had also stopped working three months earlier - was not properly installed. I'd no P traps, so I had been breathing sewer gases. Adam and Jason properly installed the plumbing with in the kitchen and laundry rooms; place in 2 P traps so I am breathing fresh air. I had to find the underground clay tile replaced to Giovanni for that which was not cheap but I know that it's right and it'll last with a 25 years guarantee. I must thank Adam and Jason they are such hard workers, they worked on my house as if it had been their own that they desired it to be right.However beware they have you sign on a telephone , they are charging me $2500 to work they checked, but it has not yet been done because I said , I can not manage anymore. I have requested to be removed, and They Haven't done it
