We have been utilizing Old Pueblo Septic for many years. In reality, they serviced the tank to the previous owners of the house as well.

They drained my septic in a pretty high price as compared to other services and came. There is absolutely no doubt in my head that COCKROACHES were introduced by them into my system. Within a few months I saw them the BIG NASTY that is GREAT ONES. I have. I wish I could alter them to the exterminator, as now they are here it seems impossible to eliminate them.

Do not recommend this company. Called and scheduled septic drain. Given a cost. Told up lady to 175' of hose would be required since couldn't drive . She said not a problem. Motorist came day of appt. Very upset he couldn't drive . Finally consented to do occupation. Didn't have enough hose. Said I could get it in 20 minutes but would be added price. Had me wait until mgr arrived in. She would cost an extra $ 145 for hose and stated no hose now that was available. Told her about the lady that took reservation. She was helpless. $145 and might have to come. Found a different septic firm that did the job met his estimate. Do not use this company
They drove all the way outside to vail to perform it although I phoned old Pueblo to determine if I could get a tank daily, pumped, not only were they able to perform the job daily. I would love to thank old Pueblo and for showing up in less than 1 billy hour to take care of this. I could not get anywhere near same day service and had tried several other companies. And Billy was very helpfull. We had been in the middle of no where using the nearest hardware store about 20 miles away and billy by providing us, helped us out and that I mean that he gave us a couple. Thanks Billy. I'd Old Pueblo out for a regular clea out of our system. Manuel was educated and efficient and the cost was fair. They advocated that which I should do in order to keep the system. I would highly recommend.
Our home septic was pumped in Sept 2014 and we needed to have last week, it pumped. Old Pueblod did pumping jobs. Unfortunately the very first time they neglected to notice the supply field plumbing was faulty and not draining correctly. The induced the demand for pumping and the tanks to fill. They should have taken responsibility for identifying the Issue
We had sewage backing up in our house and Old Pueble Septic came to our rescue. They responded quickly to our situation and found that our problem. The technician, mike, was educated, friendly and walked us through exactly what he do. Thankfully our problem did not wind up being a big deal and Mike cared for it. We have used them before and definitely will in the future. Well, I think their pricing is very aggressive.
