Whenever your basement is flooded that is important. It is upsetting to get a reputable business is everything.
Armando came in under an hour to repair my sump pump.
I will use them and request Armando.
He wasn't only great and fast, he did the job for the price that is quoted.

This review is for two jobs Plumber and Elk Grove Village Sewer did for me. They did a task for me with placing sump pump, in drain tiles , back up overhead sewer and Sump Pump. They did a wonderful job on all portions of this huge and complicated job. They were professional quick, and clean. I interviews several businesses and their pricing was very fair and they are just good men and women.
I cannot say enough great things about this company.
Yesterday I phoned them to get a odor. Joe came over and it wasn't an easy but he discovered the odor came out of a broken and eroded portion. I sweltering heat he thankfully stayed in my loft.
They also helped me purchase and install 2 new bathrooms I was shipped choices for what I wanted, and got them installed and quickly ordered by them.

Fantastic communication. Considerate of maintaining home clean. Ryan came to estimate sump pump and rodding. Professional and educated on ways to fix a problem. Family owned and operated this business is wonderful.

Our pipes, Ryan, from Elk Grove Village Sewer and Plumbing, came out when we predicted in our cellar water. Fractures were discovered by him in our sewer line. He was able to pull licenses and get the pipe in front of our house replaced in under 24 hours. He's very knowledgeable and informative. The company gave us a fair quote and also did an exceptional job. Thank you to Ryan and Elk Grove Village Sewer for turning this potentially stressful situation into a positive 22, and Plumbing.

Our Garden Hose bursted in the winter and its service was called for by us. Joe also did an excellent job and came on time. He proposed to take some activities to avoid that happens and explained the origin cause.

We had a pipe burst into our house, and this firm did every thing possible to have a plumber out precisely the same day. Paul will come back to fix the leak and managed to cap the leak, and came out. He made us feel at ease. I would highly recomend with them.

Good company, telephone contact and fantastic scheduling. But they sent me a mad plumber that set up things I didn't want or need. The occupation was for replacing closed off valves, but he insisted on selling me supply lines I explained I didn't need or desire, as I was getting fresh countertops and they needed to install a new faucet in that process. He did it anyway, but didn't charge me for all of them. He also started inspecting my shower, that has nothing to do with substituting closed off valves, so I told him it was fine and he got mad and wouldn't drop it until I told him I'd have him back to fix it (no I won't). . I thanked him profusely and gave him ten bucks simply to get him out of my home. Might use them if they promise to ship a plumber.

Colleen -I didn't have an opportunity yesterday to email you but I needed to allow you to know how great your team was! Such nice men - trying to ensure that our issue was solved in the best possible way. They worked so hard all day long but always had a smile despite the craziness and unforeseen troubles.

In the center of all the turmoil here, I was having a family celebration. Yikes. We had about 30 people from our loved ones here. It was quite a day. So it made my life only a bit more easy to understand your team was taking care of everything!
In addition, I need to inform you that the guy from the city - that came to have a look at the sewer pipe repair - pulled all our neighbors and friends me. He said they fixed things the way it should be performed - no cutting corners. He also said your quote for the work was a great price. The city said they knew the firm we hired was topnotch when they saw that there was a plate over the hole while we waited for the plumbing review - when they ended yesterday and not a plywood and barricades.

Also need 2 baths looked at draining trouble and look that drain water on your own if no one is in the baths and I've an appointment with them on June 15, 2018 to come. Since there are licensed with them, so I'm counting on reliable work and a price, I got there number.

We have an older home and have experienced Elk Grove pipes out for 2 jobs. They do good work and are competitively priced. After was a quote plus they did a fantastic job and gave a price that was much better. To get a estimate just have them over it was free

Utterly disappointed with their support and treatment of consumers. I had a bathroom. First visit - tried to sell me a brand new bathroom for $700 (which they eventually discounted to $550) but I dropped. Said I had a cracked flange but wasn't a major thing. They removed the bathroom from the foundation, fixed the clog, and put the toilet back on the foundation. Employed two wax rings and told me that the bathroom would"settle" and also to sltighten base bolts and clean wax up that oozes out. Toilet was unsafe and wobbly to sit down on. Called them the following week, back for round two. Exactly the same plumber came back, claiming it was due to the flange - I pointed out before he showed up that my bathroom was rock solid on the base. He called me a liar got angry, and blamed the issue on me. He wanted another $200 to repair it. I ended up asking him to depart. Lesson learned? Round three will be me watching a DIY YouTube video...
2/5/18 - Got a call back from Elk Grove Plumbing, accommodating and quite apologetic. They delivered the issue to be corrected by Paul - he had been in and outside in under 30 minutes. Very helpful knowledgeable, and personable. I had been quite happy with his services. Paul will be my guy, if there a potential demand for plumbing support. Thanks for making it right Elk Grove Plumbing!

Elk Grove Village Sewer & Plumbing supplied a sewer backup with a speedy and effective diagnosis. Armando cleared up the pipes utilizing a camera apparatus and rodding and arrived quickly to stick out the sewer line. He wanted to make sure it didn't occur and explained everything every step along the way. He was friendly, understanding, and helpful throughout the process. I cannot say enough great things! Awesome support. They were contacted by me and about areas about our tub not draining. They got back to me immediately, were able to send somebody the next day, and not only did they fix one bath, the issue was with both bathtubs and both were mended. I'm happy I managed to have it fixed quickly with an affordable price and friendly support.

Wow, we had been having sub pump issues, I was dreading having to call a plumber knowing the hassles you can have finding one which does not have a mindset, a $100 (service fee ), three day window or charge you an arm and a leg. I got on Yelp to find out who had outstanding reviews. I phoned Elk Grove Village Sewer and Plumbing. Mario arrived in approx 1-1/2 hrs after I had a sub pump installed in under 1/2 hr, told me the issue, quoted me a price and called. I was quite pleased with the service. I call them and would refer them to anyone

I've hired these guys now. First was going to come give an assessment that we eventually bought. They gave me a more detailed plan of work and found sewer issues needed and good cost for doing this. After we bought, I found some pipe problems, and was removing an old utility bathtub before replacing with a new one. Joe got the job done quickly, including finding a few hiccups I had discovered and came out. I plan to bring these men back to do our. Very pleased with cost and their job.

I happy I found these men and had a hard time! I needed a new spigot on an older one replaced and the side of my house. The men who showed up for the estimate were the same to do the work, so we didn't need to start all over with all our conversation. Scheduled the work. Quite nice men and very professional. Put tarps down in my carpet when they left, so everything was tidy. One of the bricks cracked into the exterior throughout the drill, but that I had an extra brick and he's currently coming to cement that in for me personally. Great job and could hire them again!
