Fantastic locksmiths! I purchase my safes from them if for personal items or guns. They provide promptly and the guys are always friendly and so nice. I have had home keys cut by them too and they constantly work fine. Should you want keys cut to your cars, visit a dealer the dealer needs to purchase them from the mill and since they can not cut the car keys due to the electronics. Highly recommend this locksmith. Love Mark and Rob they're the very best!!

I feel awful writing a review that is poor however before you've got them do any work everyone needs to know about the charges. $183 was charged to rekey 3 doors in the house. It would have been cheaper to substitute the locksets. So call like I did of time and price it out hopefully you won't get taken to the cleaners.

Purchased a car remote. Is blank. Asked if I could bring it in key and to be cut to the first remote. Must buy their remote and the key'll cut on. Ridiculous !!! $80 for $37 and remote to cut the key. Bought 2 remotes $77 plus they cut on the keys each at $ 5. Never will do business with this place A lot of areas that can do business with me.

For something as simple as acquiring 2 keys cut, they failed whatsoever. I would really hate to call them on for a job that is intricate. Can not imagine how bad that would be butchered by them. Maybe drop the secure down the stairs or get you locked from the house if everything worked fine before.
I asked if anybody worked there and walk to the workplace around the side. Man using a cane got a guy named Dave to assist me and walked . You can not overlook Dave, glasses and a tail. Dave was favorable. No hello or how can I assist you. Got my two keys cut 5.45 and left. Not even a thank you.
Driving to Home Depot was much out of the way although I would've left.
Walk in to receive a couple of keys created. Pretty quick and easy, right? Nope. Stood around for about 3 minutes. Perhaps they did not know somebody came in? Together with the door alarm and also the simple fact that somebody seemed at me, probably not the case I wasn't seen by them.

I needed a 1920s steamer trunk opened I shot the trunk to Goldylocks at Tinley Park after three times and six individuals they weren't able to open the back I was so sad that they didn't call me finally I called them and picked up trunk I took trunk to these men they started it in about twenty minutes sooo way to go guys thank you a more satisfied customer!!!!!

When there were issues with my lockthe professional (Chris) who served me moved beyond the call of duty to solve the problem. The lockwhich I had bought online rather than from Sons & Elmer, malfunctioned and caused my entrance door to jamb. Chris assisted my wife and I get the door came back another opportunity to guarantee the replacement lock has been installed properly and without further complications. Some of it potentially off-the-clock -- he did not rest until our lock was still functioning properly -- even though this meant putting to find the job done and we were fulfilled. Later on that day, my wife had challenges figuring out how to have the lock to function due to its safety features.
