The business indicates a BBB accreditation but I was not able to see them.
Avoid these people like the jolt!! I called on Monday afternoon and was told that a technician would call me. Someone called a brief time after on him coming out at 10 am on Tuesday, and we agreed. He did not arrive by 10:00 nor did he predict. At 11:15 am I called him and was told that someone would be here by 12:30. No one arrived by that time so I started looking for another firm to do my job. A few minutes after the technician called and I told him I had found someone else to do the task for me. He told me I would be billed for a service call and became belligerent. I responded by telling him I would be paying anything to him and what that had transpired, because he never showed up. I explained that I had tried to let him know I was cancelling but his mailbox was full, and he told me"F you" and hung up.
