They were quick, friendly and flexible . But ever since they changed the locks on the door of our home, it doesn't latch. We closed and could lock the door and anyone pushed the door or when a gust of wind comes it opens!! It has been a nuisance for us. On a second note, all door knobs were brand new and then he left the one out to the garage has been scratched up. Not sure what happened here but we are not pleased and now are stuck with a door that does not lock.

Because I had to get a deadbolt installed morning, I predicted Tuesday, semi hectic. I did not think I'd be able to be scheduled have the job completed but that the type of support you receive in Fairfield Safe & Lock.
Quite reasonable in pricing as well.

We wanted the locks changed right away and took ownership of our new home. We known as Lock and Fairfield Safe in the daytime. We clarified our schedule based on when we would be there unloading the uhaul. The dispatcher understood our difficulty and time period and had the technician arrive as we began unloading. Kyle the technician did a skilled and quick job rekeying the guards and doing a repair latch. We will recommend them to anybody desiring services and could not have been pleased with the service.

On Friday night a person threw a 20 lb rock through my friend's car window and stole my purse with professional face painting kit Chinese top and keys. Obviously, I was quite upset.

I phoned and they quoted me about 175. When the tech came out I recognized my garage door was spacious however my genie at the car hasn't been working. The tech pressed the button several times w a screwdriver (because the genie was old and never was functioning ). And the garage door opened! I knew I would need to pay for him coming out and his period (3mins) so that I inquired what do u owe you? He gets off and tells me I can take 50 dollars off so it will be 125! I believe I ripped off to get something I could have done myself I still don't have a functioning genie either and was taken advantage for a woman with my two children. For that much I'd expect more, which was not his occupation but! I won't ever use them ! After he abandoned it kept bothering me and I truly felt ripped off. I called the office to inquire what would be the rate just to come out exactly what they charge and no one can tell me

I originally scheduled an appointment. I had a poor experience that finished with the tech leaving with the functioning key to my house. I predicted Lock & Fairfield Safe. In a hour every technician came and re-keyed three locks in less than 25 minutes for of the cost. He was professional and quick to get the work done.

Kyle arrived (was time) and also did a wonderful job and saved me a little $$ by repairing something I would need replacement. I would hire FF Safe & Lock again!

Fantastic men! Was able to replicate my Master Transponder Key. Cost is other competitions for the job. I will always go to them and they are 24 HOURS! NiCE! FYi: Only DO NOT LOSE ANY MASTER KEYS to your vehicle or you wil be S.O.L!

Advertise online keys replicated for Mercedes, BMW etc.. Called and they said that they don't. False advertising.

Our home key, business key and our home address (auto registration) were all stolen Saturday afternoon. They responded to both places and re keyed everything within 30 minutes. They were both friendly and professional.

Came here to get some mailbox keys. After we walked in there was no hello or any"ill be with you in a second". We had been dismissed awaiting a good 15 minutes while he helped other people. He had been friendly to helping 11, when he got around and also the price was reasonable! Would return. Store is cluttered but I guess that doesn't matter all that much as long as he doesn't lose your keys.

Latino guy behind the counter is friendly and very nice. Hemakes replicas that are great to get the keys and's efficient!

My house key was stolen in East Oakland and my home address was endangered, I found on their website that they had been 24 hours on call, so I called them at 11pm, they had someone there to alter my house locks in 30 minutes. . .the sole reason is because it was a little pricey, but I had to do it ASAP. I couldn't risk it. Thank you guys!

I won't ever do business with those folks again. They are unprofessional. I'd gone in to make some copies. The man who helped me said I said that's fine, and that the only problem would be the door key make all that you can. I offered to demonstrate proof that Im a manager, gave the contact information to him. They called me and said that they could not confirm for the keys. I guessed they had been talking about the door key. I went in, they had none. The man who talked to me said people which don't exist. He called my shop 5 times, along with my other managers confirmed all the information. I talked to this person he talked to, and they said not to make the do not duplicate key, which I knew already, but how does this translate into not making any of my keys?! I would drive way out of fairfield to deal with these folks again. By the way, if you're currently dealing with names receive them right. He told me three names of people, all which are mistaken.

Great support. Sammy fixed the glovebox lock on my 1984 300zx lock I bought from an auto wrecker. The salvage lock I purchased didn't match the colour of my dashboard but they could utilize the casing of the lock and just swapped the mechanism with that from the surplus lock. Very creative. Thank you!

Horrid prices! I had one lock on my car replaced and a brand new key, they quoted me $595!!!! Outrageous! Plus they said they would need my car for the entire day. That's $475 more affordable! Not just that but they had the work and arrived straight to my office. Don't waste your money and time at Fairfield Safe & Lock Co, phone Hill Brothers! I am happy with their customer service and would reccomend them to anyone.
