Needed a locksmith to aid with my girlfriends condo. I'll say that the receptionist on the phone was helpful and very pleasant, as was the tech over the phone. As the locksmith company and the tech took approximately 30 minutes to get to the condo, the condo is off precisely the same street. They've a service telephone charge that is $29 and the it is of opening the lock then labor to the tech, the service. After the technician arrived and appeared in the doorway he decided he could try to pick the lock and that the pins were broken. I was told $140 and also the service call charge so $170 in total, upon requesting an estimate for the cost, which was if it worked. I told him I couldn't manage to cover that and I might be paying just the service call charge and that was too much, he said he would be in a position to perform it for $80 money to pick the lock. It did not seem like more than a couple of seconds before he said that he would have to drill it out and he was not able to select it. It stopped right there since I can only imagine what that would have me. As he was leaving he made any comment about not earning any money. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth although I am not saying the organization is poor if I require a lock picked and I won't be going to this business. In the long run I got the help of this wonderful local fire department and they could climb through an open window and then unlock the door.
