Federal Hill Ace Hardware

Being a homeowner over the last year or so I have been in here more times than not. If you haven't signed up for their membership plan and go here a bit def take action. They send coupons up in the mail all the time (cash off occasionally, not necessarily just promo. Keep it up ACE Team!
I am ashamed of myself for not writing a review to my regional ACE sooner. This ACE is amazing, and probably one of the only businesses in the city that I KNOW someone and walk right into will be present to greet or direct me. The management and staff here are on stage, and it seems the employees are actually trained in different areas. I have had plumbers and electricians that work here assist me with my project thing lists and what not.

My very first encounter: I was greeted as soon as I walked into a sales associate who asked what she might assist me with. I told her exactly what I wanted and she led me. I was approached by another worker and helped me select the item I was looking before I realized that the rear of the shop for. It's rare to find customer service that good.
They also have a kitty!
This shop is now my family's go-to for maintenance and house improvement. They have been very kind and accommodating.

I needed your basic Rubbermaid plastic storage bin that was sold these days but I can not find anywhere. I thought for certain Ace Hardware would have it! I walk in and am greeted by an older guy, and instantly see what I am searching for. I realize the bins are up high on a shelf so I go back to the guy and ask for help, as I approach. Two workers are dispatched to help me, and I get to pet the friendly store cat, while they locate the ladder. Bonus points, there. Checkout is quick and easy. The cashier asks if I am a rewards member and I said I didn't think so. I leave and pay. I realize after, I might be and want (the cashier or) I'd have thought to ask how it is I figure out if I am a member. So, 1 star off for that. Otherwise, a profitable excursion.

When entering friendly staff who great you , offer help and thank you for coming when you depart. When compared with the Ace at Canton this location in Federal Hill has a selection of plants and pots. For those plants there was a variety and in good shape too. I'll definitely be coming back to this location for plants and home items.

Once I walked in Fed Hill, this Ace Hardware shop caught my eye. They have an assortment of plants of all different sizes. They have a selection of pots. I believed that these were a little overpriced.
The employees were very friendly and asked if we had any help. One in particular saw I was interested in the plants and informed me about an event the shop is hosting. Ace is hosting a terrarium this Spring making occasion and they have all of the supplies. I didn't realize hardware stores would host these kinds of events!

This is my brand new homedepot/Lowe's/hardware/craft/target shop!
I have not been to this hardware shop in over a year, and boy has it changed! They've added an entire new space, altering this space into something greater!
The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
I can not believe that I'm actually reviewing a hardware store but I just had.
They've crafting supplies, bathroom decorations and necessaries, totes, towels, and much more...

The employees are really friendly and (at least appear ) really need to help you out. It's a place you can be out and in in a few minutes.
They also have a cat that lives there. He doesn't bother anyone, the truth is I've only ever seen him sleeping or not at all.
Fantastic location and handy if you reside in the city. They nails and sell just about anything you would need not only paint.

This Ace Hardware is one of the friendliest places I've gone to get anything you want. Their growth has made it better. We needed a workshop where there is a conference room with tables that are big that you can rent for many different events. Staff and the managers were extremely accommodating. I would go back there I want they sell, and that is a lot!!!

The excursion to this Ace Hardware is worthwhile, although I recently transferred! Additionally, there is free parking in the small lot near the shop.
Each time I have gone in I am greeted and asked if I want any assistance. The staff are friendly and helpful. Along with the shop kitty is a sweetie! I enjoy searching for him by. The shop also has a fantastic choice of everything you need (and stuff you didn't come for, but end up leaving with anyhow ). Only complaint is about the plant choice. Some of the plants seem like they have seen so you gotkindly hunt through till you discover the one that is right.
And I have come to get an integral cut, although I know there is complaints about the solutions and they have worked both times. You get a key, Additionally, in the event that you check in on Yelp!

That is a....HARDWARE shop? WOW. We were greeted. The shop is filled with something for everyone. Lots of sales, plenty of special things....and normal things you find in a hardware shop. For putting the leaves from the yard we got some paper bags, and a rake. I found a cat condo with water and wet 13, as I walked around. I asked if there was a cat. I had been told there was, and his title was Decker. Why a boy. I mean a cat that has to do whatever he wants in the store and greets clients. ROCK ON DECKER!! Check this place

This is only one of the nicest hardware stores that I've been in. Is it a hardware shop, but it is so much more. You can find everything. If you do not and are worried about parking, do not reside in the area they have a small parking lot of consumers. The ceremony in there was nice. The two guys were super friendly and useful. It's not 5 stars since the costs for some items were a bit high. I would expect.

Bad day Now at Ace Hardware in Federal Hill, Baltimore MD.. Here. Yes, found what I looked for but without assistance. Clerk wore a button saying she was fresh and in training. She used her mike to ask for help up front when she saw us all waiting. Help never came! Disappointing.

THE CAT IS THE BEST PART OF THIS STORE. He's like Tim the Toolman Taylor in cat form. A cat who watches you silently judges and store you pick out the roller brush for the job.

Sure, the shop is well-stocked, suitable , and clean. And sure, the workers are beneficial and awesome. But screw of that.

Their friendly, knowledgeable and helpful individuals were the reason our family moved to support them, becoming a small business and all. The impertinent and clueless woman who thinks working there is about her is mistaken, is one example.

Really disappointed in how this area used to have excellent service and today wage uncouth grunts were hired by them.

Always a wonderful experience. Friendly and helpful staff and good products. No complaints! You can even rent tools! And they have their own parking so that you don't have I park on the street!

The people who work here are genuinely friendly and really want to help you. It is always a pleasure!

The majority of the employees were nice about apologizing and making new copies, except for the one idiot who attempted to convince me that the difficulty was that the lock which worked with each key but the ones they cut. I kept going back because of this location was most convenient and the nearest. Nonetheless, it becomes inconvenient when each key cutting involves back a trip to the shop for a recut! I had a set cut, then tested them back for replacements, tested again yesterday - along with the second set was bad. Went into a locksmith that was actual and got flawless copies . I am done. When I want to obtain a part or a tool I'll stop in to Ace, but I am never taking keys.
I have to say that I had difficulty - everyone has been friendly and helpful. Good men and women! The main reason behind this 3-star review is the same as the reason I am reviewing their counter. Can not receive your keys cut . I don't know whether it's a training issue or a system issue (an expert locksmith suggested to me that the issue may be failure to frequently calibrate the machines), but I've been to the place three times in the past year to get new keys cut, and they were neverright to the first try.

I came in with a issue, and that I left I didn't even know existed that solved my issue. EVERYONE was excited to assist. The workers and knowledgeable work together. I really don't understand what the neighborhood would do with this hardware shop. Fantastic luck with all the growth!

Independently owned and operated, this really is the place to get your hardware without even crossing to the County.
+1 star for the best"classic" soda choice I've ever seen. Cheerwine? Faygo? Vernors? They've got everything.
The team here will make it easy for you to find anything and the shop cat will make you feel at home. Also there is a great choice of live plants for your garden or office.

The BEST customer service in BMore! Whenever I head there are at LEAST two of those workers inquire whether I want any help (95 percent of the times I really do )! This area has what I want when something breaks in the house or that I want that specific tool. The points/rewards add up quick so it isn't that pricey should you receive the Ace Rewards card, although It's somewhat more expensive then the large box stores. I PREFER this Ace over the big box stores given that the stellar support and convenience. There's also ample parking which is a plus from the Federal Hill area. Last, the shop is friendly--they generally provide my rambunctious dpg a treat.
