Nick did a fantastic job in working to make things right for me and handled everything. We got my transponder key programmed and cut on the third attempt with the locksmith.
I am upgrading my preceding one star review that was based to previously arranged appointments on two no-shows. Fidelity followed up in my review that was negative, and was dedicated to making things right. I feel the issue is they contract a portion of their work out and you're at the mercy of their degree of professionalism versus Fidelity's degree of professionalism.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!!The worst service I ever get!Or I could even say NONE support!
I call them this morning,a guy came to my house and he said can't no open my safety box,if I need cut it,gonna cost $400+,if I want to save the safty box he need carry it to some place and cost mang times and pay $5000+! What a bullshit! Then I told him just forget it,and he said that I have to pay for the call in addition to the time he spend at my house complete $60! And he also call a woman who's his manager said give me a discount $55! WTF!I don't know how they get some 5 stars,I believe that is their friends made the review that is fake, therefore terrible!I will tell all of the folks around me to make certain they are tricked! So angry!
This company is a scam. They all do is benefiting from people in bad situations.
The fee was so high that even when I called their office and talked to the rep, his response was"Oh WOW!" Fidelity rep explained that he would look into it and get back to me about precisely the exact same afternoon between 3-5PM.
We predicted Fidelity on Monday,. Direct locksmith, their sub-contractor, arrived at the work site and billed us $745 to get less than a hour of work. No, it is not a typo, it is Seven Hundred Forty Five US dollars.
On the next Thursday, 8/18/2016said A follow-up call was left by me and talked to their customer support representative. When I asked her to get a speed Sheet and discussed the problem with her, she stated they didn't have any. Then I asked her for the $745 fee to get a breakdown, she stated she would provide that info and return to me within 24-48 hours. Again, no words out of Whitney.
But people will need to understand this Fidelity Locksmith has to be avoided!!!
On 9/9/2016, I phoned their office again, it ends up Whitney is their customer support person and she only works between 3-5PM.
Just wanted to add, like others have stated, by saying they would refund her $100 when we altered or deleted our review, they tried to bribe my girlfriend. Told them no way till we see that a check in the mail. They did actually send it. Considering that it was a"0" evaluation before (that is not possible on Yelp), my rating has now graduated to an actual 1 Star. This place doesn't deserve any company and remains a entire scam.
They came on Saturday to my girlfriend's home. Same story as everyone else. Ended up charging $250 to bash. Called to ask and the girl (Armani) on the telephone was incredibly impolite. We have been waiting to speak to this"customer service" rep for over 3 times and can't get a hold of those. Total scam.
The worst experience I've ever had with a business. For changing a lock at the middle of the night once I got locked inside my apt, they charged me a grand. The lock just cost $200 once I got a second opinion and moved. Subsequently installment was broken shortly after by the lock. The company had poor to small communication and I am not one for writing reviews that are bad but I don't want anyone to get taken advantage of. You might report the company and disputed the charges with your bank for services not supplied if you have a bad experience. The company is fraudulent and takes advantage of its own clients. Don't use their services!
OMG Where to Start!1. Bogus lead gen website to avoid looking up the reviews
5. The lock can not open after lowering cost to $70
California's State advises:
So I google Locksmith Sun Valley California and up pops Locksmith Ninja. So I call and she answers the telephone,"Locksmith". So I confirm,"Can this Locksmith Ninja?" She says yes and asks for telephone and my name in case we get disconnected. I give it to her.
Also note, for those of you who have been gouged: When a locksmith business manages work on a job where labour and the substance of the job cost more than $500, a builder's license is also required.
After the hammering I expect a real locksmith can open it and that its not ruined. Did I mention? The technology bought the instruments TODAY and cites he had to work at work and he's new to the field. In CA you do not need to KNOW how to be a locksmith. He was fine but untrained.
He will work within our budget and says they cost match. I say good. The supervisor who estimate $129 is called by him, then drops it to $89.
License at their place of business, at each branch office, also in each service vehicle.
8. Dispatch calls and says supervisor can arrive in 20 minutes and do it (so the instrument is not in the store?)
If anything seems wrong, halt the process. In case for displaying up you threaten or insists, call the authorities immediately.
Ask to see the Business license or employee registration card and a photo identification of the
So let's count on the deceptions:
3. I Didn't place an order, delivered a technician
About 10 minutes later I receive a call. I tell him I called Locksmith Ninja, he says he's not them. So the confusion begins. I understand a locksmith was called by us, therefore thinking that this was the man that said 90 minutes, who is currently early, I'm glad. He says he will be there in 15 minutes.
Avoid at all costs.
2. Confirming that they are the gen website that is imitation
6. When says technology is OCD although very experienced
I tell her I want them to cut on the lock at my storage unit on Glen Oaks Blvd. and the web site says they'll do it for $19. Is that right? She affirms. She requests to your zip code. I'm on my cellphone and it's not pulling up the speech for me, could she look up it? While I'm on the telephone with her, I get a text from my spouse in LA who is on site (I'm in Reno producing the calls) who has already reserved a locksmith who will be there in 90 minutes and that if I want them, I will have my spouse call them back.
When they arrive locksmith. Businesses are required by law to display their business
An owner, partner, or officer of a business is required to carry a valid pocket identification card and photo identification whilst working as a locksmith. Registered locksmith business employees will also be required by law to take a registration card that was Bureau-issued and there issued also a California driver's license or identification card whilst working as a locksmith.
We called the guy that was original back and cancelled.
7. Tech admits he is new and used to work in dispatch
4. Confirmed $19, then offered $129
We discovered that they were jobless for a year when we looked them up online. Based on the reviews I think they're hiring untrained locksmiths. You do not want a te
At one point the supervisor informs me that the technician has OCD and that's why his tools are so perfect and gets on the telephone and the labels are on. I guess that could be true and he's a great man, so we proceed, since he's already there, and time is money...
Lol can not get confirmation that is better !
Quick forward 90 minutes, many techniques, such as a hammer that I think destroyed the lock, dispatch calls and says the technician doesn't have the instrument that he wants, it's in the store or something, and they're sending a field supervisor out to do it. We cancel and call back the original guy that the storage place recommends since it's really only a 30 second job...
If I could give negative stars I would.
ANY locksmith value anything KNOWS you've got a small window when performing evictions.
Decide on the prior day to get an lockout at 9 AM, received a call confirming the moment. Then got a call.
Worst locksmith I have ever managed.
Stay away from this company, they're impolite AND unprofessional!
Please save yourself. I cant imagine what my neighbor went , he is a child who is not able to talk and scared of a fly. They dropped him off and took his pocket. When my neighbor came to my room and told me of this I known as the Fidelity Locksmith Services directly, along with the manager Steven stated they took the wallet and we would have to go pick it up in Pasadena. Fidelity Locksmith Services is a scam, fraud, as well as thieves. You will bill triple from what they informed you on the telephone.
Don't contact Fidelity Locksmith Services. They took advantage of my neighbor who left everything in his automobile including keys, wallet, and cellphone. So I thought id help him out since he's handicap. As soon as I saw they arrived I left back to my apartment believing he was in good hands since they would be opening his vehicle and my neighbor would have the ability to go on with his day. But No, after an hour that he came knocking to my door telling me they wanted to bill 180$ but once they opened his pocket they only saw 80$. They put him in their vehicle and drove him so he could withdrawal more cash and they informed him they wouldn't leave till they got all they money.
I wish I managed to give Fidelity Locksmith 0 stars. They do not deserve any stars. I had been locked out of my vehicle and over the telephone that they quoted me $80. But once they came, they said they didn't have the ideal tools for my vehicle and it'll end up costing $300 because of my automobile (2016 bmw 535). I understood they were trying to jip mepersonally, so I denied. They then said they will do it. Don't trust them or employ them.
I do not do reviews and will I place a 1 celebrity for any business - those men told us two rates. The call centre dispatch advised us a whole cost of $35, however he told us that a cost of $150, if the technician came out. First the technician took an entire 1.5 hours to display up to the house, asserting that he ran into traffic on the way here from Reseda, CA - in 12:00am. Before operation was commenced by him, we asked the technician what his cut/commission was with Fidelity Locksmith, and 20% were said by him. The operation took him less than 5 minutes - and this was not some property, this is a lock onto a bedroom door. I personally have worked in commercial real estate in property management, and I understood that the $150 was bull. When I requested Fidelity for whatever the dispatcher told me the cost ultimately depended upon the complexity of the lock the technician worked on. When I asked him for a statement, the technician told us to pay in cash - demands to be compensated in cash, chances are, their company pays their workers under the dining table and therefore avoiding tax obligations. Since we felt that the company tried to scam us for more income than quoted, we decided that we did not want to conduct business compensated his cut to the technician, and ended it. Funny thing is just one of our roommates seen him with a few buddies in East LA in a taco shop close to where we lived.
This review is for Fidelity's proprietor who contacted me finally regarding these complaints and read my review . Ian, the proprietor, agreed to refund me $160; however, he asked me to remove my review and feign nothing happen in exchange. I would love to say I'm not removing my review because that is my experience from his employees. If the business was brought down by negative testimonials, I'll suggest that this firm to do some real improvements in their service and allow the brand new customers leave positive reviews . An honest and reliable review is not something anyone can buy or that I can lie.
Also, I've made my announcement, which I will NOT lie about the yelp clear on the phone and at the email so it will be appreciated by me if this company could quit calling me or emailing me thank you.
Yesterday, they scheduled an appointment -- sorrythey scheduled 2 appointments. They rescheduled for that day, and they flaked after getting no telephone I phoned in, and flaked on me.
SHAAADYYY. Do not use them. Seriously. Find a REAL locksmith. This place won't be in business a whole lot longer.
Well, if the proprietor getting caught red handed by yelp trying to pay off people isn't sufficient, I will give you a rundown of my narrative.
An overview of my expertise is under, but only know that Fidelity is not an actual locksmith. It appears they're some sort of broker. The girl from fidelity only"called the locksmith's supervisor" and brought him on the line, to hear from me that I understand their pricing. Fidelity is a broker who receives a commission for locksmith deals, or they're selling your advice. I'm not sure exactly where the locksmith is which, but would explain why they have flaked on me 4 times and can never explain.
This morning I getting no telephone prior to the time we were supposed to meet, and called -- THE SERVICE GUY CALLED ME, WOW! But this time he explained that the price I was quoted by them is not really the price they charged, which I must call in to discover the REAL price. I called the office, and they said $120 is your price that was starting, but the price could go up based on how much programming the crucial needs. Excellent! I have a bike, and motorcycles don't have chips. There is no programming required. The girl insisted that this was not correct. I informed her I was using a metallic key before, and she only fell back on"Well when we get there we will let you know what the price is".
Now here's my review:
I was quoted $120 to make a key for my bike. We had a 2:15 appointment TuesdayI called to alert them that their service man hadn'e called me as he said he would, and they said they'd call him and call me back in five minutes. 20 minutes later after getting no telephone, I called again -- they advised me not to leave to class and assured me he'd be there. I ccalled 4 times before eventually leaving -- 1 hour afterwards.
Worst company ever. They never showed up to supply services. I just got a follow up call this morning to inquiry if I needed services once they did not show up before whom I called on 8/9/18 6pm. Support that is terrible. I wouldn't recommend to anybody even if they were the last hotel.
DISHONEST SCAMMERS!
I'd, if I could give a score that is worse. We had them come out to make a key from a broken crucial to our truck. They did so... Or so we believed. The first time we drove the vehicle was two days after the service was supplied. When we moved to unlock the door the key did not fit. We figured out that I am holed by the key. The doorway was totally broken. We can't lock the truck and it sets out alarm off constantly today.
When I phoned them to alert them of the breaking of our key hole along with a bad key they left they stated they never pinpointed us!!!
I can't believe the disgusting Unprofessionalism that is being given by this terrible company!
Since they're the only company I 12, Clearly I freaked out and we paid them $150 to get a normal NO CHIP key. Plus they said they never pinpointed us and lied!
Do yourself a favor, don't use those guys.
Tip: tell them you'll call the authorities and follow through if needed, if those scam artists attempt to induce you to pay them when they've done no job. You owe them nothing. They have done no job. Refuse them, and that's it. You don't owe them for showing up and acting shady.
I hate when people assume she is a moron and visit a woman. These guys are in that group. I requested rekeying. They are locks that are quite easy to rekey yourself. They are designed for this. When I flat out told him they're WAY off base in pricing he pretended to call his manager to request a"discount" $49 per lock. I let him know I would do it myself, and refused. Then his boss along with this guy, once I decline and eliminate him start calling over and above. You're sorry for trying to treat me like a moron? Too late. My red hair is a warning. I cannot be pushed around.
It has been NEARLY and they are still not going to let it go. That is bordering on harassment. I do not care whether there's new direction, new policies, new workers, etc.. My experience had been with your company not with the one that is newest.
Can NOT contact me .
I was contacted via phone at this company over the past month or so. They provided me a $25 gift card and apologized for my experience if I removed my review. I declined. Then they proceed to contact me here and provide the refund I asked in my previous inspection to me.
I won't remove my inspection for any sum of money. A review that is positive is not. My inspection stands, my expertise stands. If you want to prove you have changed as a company, you will need to do it with your clients that are new.
I have and I won't upgrade my review when I didn't have one to reflect a positive experience. Refund or no gift card can compensate for the level of disrespect and maliciousness I experienced over the period of MONTHS from this company. Through my contact with them via the Better Business Bureau, although here on yelp.
This group was fantastic. Excellent communication, prompt support, on time, and concerned about the customer.
Highly recommend their service.
Surprisingly, a person from Fidelity known as a day or two later to ask how the service was. She stated she'd look to it, when I told the woman that I was ripped off, but I never heard back. I wish I'd kept the reception.
My post was coincidentally flagged and removed by Yelp. Quotation:
The locksmith completed the occupation and came out, he charged me $149. I told him that isn't what I was quoted, but he stated that's what they demanded payment and charge. Of employing a slip, he phoned his man and instead I compensated by Visa and read the card over the phone.
I had an experience that is almost identical with a company named Long Beach Locksmith that Google revealed a speech from my home down the road. The speech was fake and the locksmith came out from LA.. So seems that this companies are some connected.
I had wrote a review of this Locksmith some time back stating they will quote you one price over the phone, then charge almost two times as much at the job's conclusion.
I'd known as Fidelity Locksmith to come outside to replace a door lock that also required some drilling. I was quoted around $50 on the phone to the labour. (I had purchase the lock place myself).
Then, just recently, the owner, Idan T., messaged me about a month ago offering me money to eliminate the review. Quotation:
Consequently, if you are in a position to eliminate your Yelp post I am providing you with a $25 American Express/Visa Gift Card in addition to a free excursion charge for any kind of service at any moment (no expiration date)."
Well, I did have a first hand customer experience.
To say I've disputed my charge, because they had my imprint of the card and signature but it had been turned back. I named the locksmith and spoke with Jamie the supervisor and explained exactly what happened, she was very rude and we are not going to refund your money back, you refused to utilize our technician and there for we are not responsible for refunding you the cash. After telling her my story that their technician rude, was drunk and did not do his job correctly, I did not wanted to use the man, she insisted that has been my fault. I asked could I know the title of the proprietor or speak to you the company's owner, she told me for safety purpose we don't offer that information. I never got my cash, nor I got the speech or the name of this company owner to ship my criticism, so he will understand how is stuff functioning, and just how horrible his firm.
So I must go buy a new lock to replace itself to me. After drilling a hole in my lock I would think my door should not lock out me. The moment my door closed, I got locked out again, although he'd drilled my lock that should have not lock me out.
I discovered a new lock smith by my home, very wonderful gentleman, who opened my lockreplaced the lock new keys for 95.00 dollars. I wish I discovered this person rather than dealt with this company that is horrible.
They gave me his phone number, I called it, and it was the exact same person again, I told him what happen he said oh you are that lady from last nighthe said he can come 1-2 hours. I was upset, I called back to have a technician, 1st of all he had been rude, insulting, drunk, unprofessional, and did not do his job properly, and I didn't wish to see him ever again. I called the company back to receive a technician that was different, they told me there would be a new charge of 140 dollars should they ship me a new technician. I did not want to ever deal with this company againI told them, that I am going to dispute my 140.00 dollars charge with my bank, because the problem wasn't solved.
I locked myselfand called this company because I saw they market that they respond time is 20 min. Customer service personal told me that the technician will contact me and they gave me his phone number. An hour has passed I called him to see if he had been close by, he remarked me that"this isn't a pizza delivery for you" very rude. After 3 hours of wait time, he shows up drunk (smelling weed), before considering my lock he says it will cost me 300.00 to drill the lock. I was in shock because I've had previous locked door scenario and the technician opened it in 5-10 min time with his tools and charged me (45-65 bucks ) I asked him to try to unlock it first before he drills the entire in my lock and crack my lock. He said ok, and did not put an effort to unlock it, just to shut me up he tried to open it, then said no I have to drill a whole, and will cost you 300.00. I was very upset, but it took him a sec, since I had no option I agreed and paid that price. Also, just to mention the technician was very rude and throwing comment about my nationality, etc..
Horrible experience!!! Please keep away from this company!!! They are scam!!!
I won't ever recommend this location to any of my family or friends. I've not ever had a bad company, and I typically don't write testimonials, but so that whoever reads this won't ever use this provider, I have to.
Beware! After they told me they would arrive on a side note, I did wait a few hours. That wasn't a problem for me because I had been already and it wasn't urgent. Just making note because other reviews suggested the same thing. Overall my biggest complaint was about feeling ripped off.
This place may overcharge you. They appear to have great reviews and advertise on Google, before getting them come out, but I did not cross reference. The ad on Google advertises a $19 dollar service fee. They immediately request your address and will not even provide yo a range over the telephone, If you call. They signify labor is paid for by you. I wasn't worried because I knew it would be a job that is easy and fast. It was simply an interior door. The price was $148.00. I learned that I'd paid double what locksmiths charge and called a few places. Something is fishy about this organization's business modle. Testimonials indicate that this company goes under various names. I feel because I called two companies that advertised on Google and felt that I called into the same call centre that's true.
