My main broke off in my door. The serviceman started drilling that was indiscriminately . He tells me I need a new mechanism, all which can come on charge card to $650 and tax as well as a new door lock. The best they would do would be $500 and tax in money. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. IT WAS A SHAKEDOWN.
