I was not sure who to call but discovered Firstline through Home Advisors. Joey who happened to reach me and I talked like I was not likely to be able to return to him until after business hours, but he had been very understanding and gave me my cell number. I texted and he immediately reacted, not only did he have somebody from their office contact us to place an appointment that he followed up to be sure everything was set for Monday. Who else does something like that? Excellent service. My wife talked highly of this gentleman although I was not home. I had been told that he was professional and considerate and made sure everything was working before he left. Would utilize Firstline again in a heartbeat.
I will use them I want a locksmith.
Experience - here within a couple of hours, choices on how to fix/replace the price gap and the lock. Pleasant technician who talked me through everything, helpful.
Quick and responsive. Got lock fixed without a issue.
Nevertheless it was on the expensive side. They charged $200 for a fix and nothing has been replaced.
Wish I could give these guys NO stars. They do not return calls and they are nasty and rude if they do. I can not think anyone would use them. Not for nothing, if you want to run a business, consider putting the customer first and shed the arrogance. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

They do work, WHEN they show up. Simply don't believe a word about it when they give you a time and date . Today, they blew off a buddy of mine and I recommended them. Not even a phone call. Find another.
I had a slight issue seeking to repair a cylinder. My DIY went haywire. I contacted them and they advised me to make the parts that I thought were now worthless. My components were taken by the tech and merged them together with a few new ones. Twenty minutes after I had a lock . Also had a fantastic conversation with the proprietor Mike that helped pass the time. Firstline is currently only and hopefully my chief Locksmith.
Their professionalism left much to be desired while they reacted to a lock issue. While paying for the service in the hallway of my building, the locksmith had"billing" on speaker phone. Instead of taking my credit card number and processing the transaction like a specialist, the person on the other end of the phone says"so is she sexy?" He was on speaker phone, because the idiot didn't know. This is not. What's my look relevant in paying for the locksmith service whatsoever? The quick answer: IT'S NOT. I did not feel comfy in my own house with this organization and will not be using them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone looking for a locksmith.
Fantastic!!! Without our house keys, my husband and I abandoned in a rush to get our grandaughter for her very first day of summer camp. If that was not enough of a problem..we had to be at the automobile dealer within an hour to get a car we bought over the weekend. We explained our situation and they were here in 20 minutes!!! They knew we had to get in and could have racked any charges they wanted. . .we would have had to pay. Nevertheless, they did not. They charged us and were efficient and quick FirstLine Locksmith. . .you are presently in my connections
This Locksmith responded with great professionalism and quickly! They offered cheap prices in comparison to locksmiths I called at the area until the project was complete and they didn't leave! I would suggest these locksmiths to anyone in need of fast reliable service with a smile!
Not sure why there are reviews here, but you should check out their reviews. This place is run by professionals. Nicole, who made my appointment, was proactive and accessible. Pricing estimate was supplied with no surprises before dispatch. Donald, the technician, was punctual, proficient, and takes pride in his work. He spent time at my house trying to troubleshoot an issue. I'll be calling them for many future locksmith requirements. Glad to have discovered a locksmith!

Clif has been a complete joy to work with. He replaced the third and came out to two entry door locks and our house. Made a few copies of the 1 key that operates on the 3 locks. Fantastic client and professionalism service. A really wonderful guy also. Highly recommended.
Thus set is a bait and switch operation. I predicted to get a garage door lock substitute. I had been told it'd be $49.00 for the call and $79.00 for the ceremony. But after he finished the work he told me it was $185.00! BEWARE of this lying business.
