Flam's is the real deal -- a trustworthy, honest, reasonable locksmith store staffed with a talented dedicated team. Unlike many other areas, they maintain the police license and are actually locksmiths.
Can they copy keys that are run-of-the-mill ? Yes, they will. But unlike the hardware store, oftentimes they'll also provide to browse and punch out the key instead. Store duplicates are as dull as the key copied. . .Flam's can make keys as clean and sharp as originals.

Very service and nice people. Definitely recommend coming here instead of those new kiosk that duplicate your keys. This is more affordable.

Tom came out from Flam's and I want is my locks changed in 2 sliders and my front door, took care of this situation. All is well and I'm happy as a clam.

5 mins passed and you can't make one key. Fuck you and your service! You had a man in there already helping him! Lazy fuck!!! Who runs a business like that? Get real! I am hoping so the owner can realize what trash he has 19, your ass isn't the proprietor! Good luck making any money for this idiot!

Friendly staff, great prices and greater service. I was in and out in ten minutes and for less than $6 to my auto key backup.

We will definitely use Flam's for ALL our lock and security needs going forward. They also have a full service store in Van Nuys Close Ventura and Van Nuys Blvd..
We made the appointment and have been provided a time the title of the person we could expect along with fram. Tom showed up at the start of the time window, exactly at the time stated. He was pleasant, considerate, and knowledgeable.
We need some locks decided to telephone Flam's and worked on. We've used them over the years and have found them reasonably priced, and reliable, reliable, fair. This time was no exception.
He took time to explain how to avoid the problems regarding price and where to obtain what we would need.

I have been going for some time to Flam's now, and I favor going there on a more shop. They have many items other stores do not have. I called however, Stanley gave me the titles and amounts of 2 places that would have it. That is actually fantastic service, and I love it.

He has everything you require for locks, your own key and much more. I was driving around for hours trying to find somewhere to replicate my keys for work. I was so excited when he stated he could do it for me!!

First. The lock on the door from our house to our garage broke. I called a"locksmith" that had great reviews on Yelp. But not that many testimonials - mistake. The guy who showed up didn't present any qualifications, worked from the rear of his automobile and butchered the occupation. Poor workmanship, parts. Took 90 mins for a (at most) 20 min occupation, needed my physical assistance to do some of the mechanical bits and in different ways made me feel uncomfortable. Plus he billed me a ridiculous amount for a job. His business card didn't match the Yelp firm's name, and when ultimately I challenged him, his story and his on-the-phone"Boss's" story kept changing and didn't match. Obviously, is located. So now a stranger with whom I have had an encounter might have the key to my property. Yikes!! They provided me a lot of my money back to take it all down As soon as I left a review on Yelp. I consented, but largely because I felt so creeped out from the encounter and just wanted it to put these individuals in my rear view mirror. Lesson learned - make certain the testimonials have credible content, and look even though punctuated by a few poor ones. Not just"X was fantastic and fixed my problem in no time". Especially for a locksmith. You need someone you can trust, who has been in the business for a good long time.
Now I really wanted a professional, reliable locksmith. To rekey our home!!
I would use it, When there were a celebrity. I made a mistake and Flam's fixed it. Big time.
Wow. What a wonderful experience. I feel great that our home is once again secure. And now we have a"family locksmith" that has earned our business forever.
After getting some referrals and reviewing their many excellent Yelp testimonials, I called Flam's to rekey our home and resolve the doorway that was butchered. Lots of doors, most with three tanks. A big job. First reassurance - though they were quite professional on the phone they were extremely busy and had to call me back. Which they did. Secondly reassurance - while they understood the urgency of my occupation, they weren't likely to send out"some guy" simply because I was anxious. All of us waited until one of their qualified, seasoned, licensed technicians has been accessible. A full day as it turns out. Julian showed up on time in a well-marked van. Assessed the occupation, rekeyed all our locks and quite professionally and economically showed me his permit, shook his head across the butchered door then repaired it, including replacing the lock that was inexpensive the previous guy. Overall bill somewhat more than what"Mr. X" billed me to substitute one lock. Was in my home less time than"Mr. X" took to butcher my garage entrance door.

And keys I have made and completely over paid for did not even do the job!! And he wanted to charge me to fix his mistakes. Looks like it's time to retire.
Stick into Home Depot.
This place is a JOKE!!!!!! Stood indoors for approximately 5 minutes and no one was there. An older guy came out of the back, looking as though he was sleeping.

The best men ever) I came with broken key at all and men made a miracle! It was when I tried to start engine everything functions and a key for Hino truck that is big Thank you so much!

Had a trunk with no key. On the telephone Flam's stated they can do it for $10-$25.
WARNING!!! Safe & sherman Oaks Lock wanted $65 for the exact same job.
Not only did they get the trunk opened, but they had a secret. All for ten bucks.

I got a condo and Flams was the only place I could find a copy of my"highly secure","Do Not Duplicate" keys made. I know charging me the high cost of $15 per crucial because of this key arrangement that is exceptional. But, I'd these shipped from Sherman Oaks. . .and they billed me $13.95 to ship a little envelope AND, in addition to that charged me another $2 for"handling". Handling? Really?!?!?!
So two keys cost me $50. Later on, I'll get another store that may cut at these special keys so I'm not ripped off again.

I thought I go into a specialist after getting fed up with my home depot crucial copies that deliberately stop working after a couple of uses. These guys are great and my copies work each time!!
Also, love the old fashion feel when you move in that you get. They are the best!

To get a new house I transferred into, they were able to rekey all of the doors that had distinct keys and upgrade the lock to something more reliable and difficult to pick. They also helped with some of the room door knobs and latches throughout the home.
Eventually you can't beat their customer service. Wish there were more firms like them!
I've used Flams for my business and my house. Additionally their degree of knowledge and experience of employees is awesome.

I was treated quite well. I attracted a challenging key to make (from a file cabinet) and they researched to produce the key for me. They even aksed me to take and try out until they would charge me. Very sweet. I went back the next day and was happy to let them know that the key functioned. A couple of others were made by me and will definitely use their service again. I referred my sister and sister in-law here too. Therefore, I highly recommend them.

Good mother and pop lock store. The owner knows his locks and They've been here forever and will try to repair it first that you ned a new one like other stores that just want to replace.
He will spend the time to spend the lock apart and see whether it is repairable.
