12 hours later we called Roy in Friendly Locksmith, and he was here within the hour. He was calm, capable, and friendly, that was great since we were feeling trapped and panicky. Not only did he fix the doorknob, he showed me how to prevent the same thing from happening.
His price was reasonable, he was nice even to our little dog, and he is welcome in our house anytime. Next time I will call him FIRST.
Our doorknob quit working rather abruptly, and we were locked in our house - what is that for absurd?
We called one locksmith (who won't be named) and he said"I'll phone you back" - he never called.

Best service I could have asked for! I messaged a lot and they quoted me the very price for everything I was looking for. I had my own door was additional into by a deadbolt and a lock turned the way bc it was installed upside down. They offered me set up a time to come that worked with my program.
The day of the appointment stated that could not make it and they called my mom who was going to be at my home, but they were sending the other 1 immediately. He ended everything and gave us 2 copies of the keys and he finished up rekeying the guards so they matched. He also put up with my two dogs running around well.

I'm so thankful I was able to find the business of Roy ! I contacted him about an hour ago, after I had accidentally locked myself from my home office one day ago. He replied and within half an hour, he arrived onsite to complete the task in under 15 minutes. Great and friendly service! Roy aided us exactly the day rekeying and was quite easy to contact. He completed a walkthrough of what he would do, came early and finished his job extremely quickly.

I had a nightmare of a situation cared for by Roy! We obtained our AirBnB key stolen from our rental car, thus we needed to break into our apartment on a cold evening and the host was not current. He arrived in 15-20 minutes and got to business right away. It was security, so we needed to do the back door rather than front. Roy jumped over a fence to get to this, and then was able to drill a lock . He's so friendly, fast, and efficient. I would recommend him he helped us.

I cannot say enough great things. We had a nightmare tenant which we had a great deal of trouble getting to maneuver from our property. We had a key from the door and no secret to the outside security door when she left.
