I really like this shop! Paint choice ideal for my requirements. KILZ primer excellent for Laminate furniture ( prevents paint peel) and cost less than other brands! Staff very knowledgeable, they even take your items!

Wow Mr. ART is the Actual MVP. I needed to drill two small holes in my guitar aluminum pedalboard and do not own a power drill(I know I want to purchase one, because each man needs a power drill)so I was looking at the drill bits section of the shop to look for the ideal drill bit size while holding the small screw that's assumed to be screwed from the hole and comparing which one I need. Now I was stressed out knowing I had to purchase an entire power drill, which are not gear that are cheap, try and hope I find the ideal size drill bit, and this work for two holes in my pedalboard. . .Then an extremely friendly worker named Art approaches a and a perplexed lost me asking if I wanted any help. I told him my situation and he takes the small screw I was holding and starts looking in the drill bits and also selects one out for me(a 5/64" Irwin) and understands I don't own a power drill and says to not worry, just purchase the drill bit just. Then he goes to the back and brings out the store's own power drill, sticks my drill piece on, tells me to line up the holes and starts drilling himself for me and I simply stood there holding down the pedalboard stabilizing it for him: a little teamwork action. Then he neatly and quickly drills my two holes , gives me back the drill bit I only purchased, and leaves a little joke about how if he sees me perform on stage, inform the venue,"Free margaritas for this man." Thank you Art, you just made my week.

Because of drainpipe flow under my sink, needed a replacement polymer washer to fix the connector on the drainpipe attached into my kitchen sink. I introduced from a photo of what I was trying to fix along with the washer, Kenny helped me locate the part and gave me directions about how best to set up the washer. Plumbing cost for the repair was approximately $200. Friendly advice on DIY from Ace - roughly $3. Kenny's worth his weight in gold for his aid! Marsha at the register was so friendly and helpful. They're my"visit" neighborhood shop for home repair issues.

I had been hoping to visit a tiny local business to help encourage themI had a key made and said she would send somebody over to the counter that was crucial once I walked in the cashier. Before I walked into the front searching down every aisle searching for somebody's 25, I waited at the counter for 10 minutes. After viewing no one to help me I was back at the cash register. She had been speaking to two customers so that I looked in the direction of the paint counter and saw someone doing nothing. I asked them if I could find a copy of a key made and he replied with,"We're very busy right now you are going to need to wait" at a rude tone. The shop was completely empty other than the 2 people at the register. I phoned my daughter over and we left after that, NVR TO RETURN

Kenny and rachel in the Fullerton ACE Hardware have been incredibly helpful every visit I've made to this store. Rachel helps me find what I want, and she ensures I'm satisfied with my visit. She recuts duplicate keys if they're not functioning. Kenny helps me screws that fit metal loft beds and trouble solve hardware difficulties, like locating odd, black washers. The store stocks a very cool combination of products to fulfill the needs of people like me. As an example, this ACE includes essential household products, gift products, and Hallmark cards. It is a block so I could easily walk to get what I want after meeting a pal for a meal or coffee. I no longer need to drive to multiple retail outlets to make it through a errand list. I can get my errands done as I'm loving my leisure This ACE is a dependable go-to source and shop for CSU Fullerton pupils and Fullerton Downtowners like me! I love that!

Allow me to start off by saying that I usually do reviews if there is a location very bad or actually great. I dropped for a few sharpening at this location thinking it would be fast to get it back of my lawnmower blade . The man working there said it could take about a week which I thought was fast to be truthful but abandoned it . Because I hadn't heard anything from them two weeks after I gave them a call and they told me it was not back yet. To be fair they did say they didn't sharpen there and had it picked to be sharpened elsewhere. Anyway I asked the woman if she would give me a time period and she said she didn't know but"we're really good at giving you a call once it arrives" so I left it in that. A week later and no call, three weeks for sharpening was a lil so that I phoned them back, to exaggerated. The individual I talked to place me on hold for approximately ten minutes and then returned just to say"oh I have terrible news, the blade was never sent out to be sharpened" WTH?!!!!! Really?!!! Now was frustrated so that I went to pickup my blade to deal with them. I was given this story about him not understanding what occurred and blah blah blahhh by the man at the store. Once I picked up my blade I inquired if it could sharpen and took it. The man said it would take him five minutes!! I got my blade went house to reduce my three week long yard and sharpened.

Service upon arrival. Dan was very helpful and provided some great tips for a house project my boyfriend and I do. Very speedy service and knowledgeable staff. Definitely would suggest.

I would give any celebrities they do not except any returns to them. Though it only last me two days without ripping and also on the receipt says it can be returned within 30 days however they have no signage that says cannot refund gloves which have worn And they did not tell you when you purchasing these are non refundable. They ripped of wearing them within two days

Not pleasant. I stepped in yesterday to find a few items for my bathroom remodel. The old guy was way beyond his retirement and was quite unfriendly. Answered me with mindset like what exactly do you want?
These places are a hit and miss, however I would recommend from the world of Home Depot being dominant, customer service will bring folks into a store if you greet them.
I walked out in under 2 min. Went to HD and I was greeted by them .

One of the things my wife and I look forward to doing is dropping from our Fullerton Ace Hardware store. We are instantly reminded why we shop because of the staff. You get personable service no matter if you want a twist or a gallon of paint. Yes, you may pay a few cents more on some things but you'll save money on others. For the good people that value service within Lowe's and Home Depot's impersonal lack of service and terrible customer service please keep encouraging these folks. Crew and Rosalie and mike are the best.

Wow! Warning: you can't enter through the front entrance, where the main parking lot is, you have to enter from the trunk.
So helpful and friendly here! This Ace hardware store had one other item in stock and the adhesive the other two did not have Even though there are a few hardware stores nearer to my house.
I was impressed with their selection for being a small shop. I'm going back here!

She asked me what I wanted the merchandise for, As soon as I arrived at the cashier and I told her to get the fridge handle. She advocated Reliable Parts in Anaheim for anything to do with refrigerators.
"At your shop this day around 17:00 I was looking for products and a young lady (I didn't get her name, brunette) came over and asked what I was looking for and exactly what the intent was. I advised her that the Sears site recommended Ace Hardware for tape and the fridge glue. She helped me immensely with among the products. She asked the young lady with the short white hair (who's helped considerably before) where to find paraffin. The first brought it and went over to another aisle.
I was astounded. These 3 employee bent over backward trying to help me. I compliment them all and hope they have recognized for their exceptional customer services.
I went over to the aisle and while waiting on the line the first lady came over and said she told the other employee what I was looking for (fridge glue) and he recommended the glue she gave me rather than the glue I'd picked up. She even put the glue that is first back.
This is not the first time the service was outstanding.

Great place for novice plumbers. I nearly purchased the parts that may have produced a water catastrophe. Asked Dan for assistance and he picked out components that were proper, how to install them and explained. After 2 try's to help me understand he explained," come over here I will show you how this works". He took parts from packaging an assembled so I could find a visual of those measures. Until I got it he wasn't going to let me. Dan was worked by it! Thank you for your patience and help. This is the reason why I always start here and prevent HD!

What a difference experience then at one of those hardware stores. It is nice to be able to ask a few questions and find the right answers. The works are helpful and friendly. Most of the time parking is available. You will find parking harder.

Their prices are a bit high, as expected. I believe these stores are franchised. I love supporting local company but I get the feeling that they do not know how to up-sell the motives of their presence.
I haven't been into an Ace Hardware store in some time, maybe 15 years? After finding out that they carried Lemax Christmas Village, we decided to pay a visit to this shop. We were astonished with what they taken. Hardware is only about 50 percent of the inventory. The remainder is home decoration. If you are currently expecting Home-Depot-with-better-service sort of shop, you'd be half perfect.
The workers are not actually although educated on the friendly side. Actually, I believed they were a bit snooty. Most were. If you ask them a question, they, unlike Home Deport, will get an answer for you....but being friendly? . . .not so muchbetter.

I love Fullerton Ace Hardware. While I was on my way into the Twisted Vine to meet my wife on our first date 8 decades 26, I really discovered this shop. If you are not knowledgeable about the area, Fullerton Ace Hardware is on Commonwealth next door to the Twisted Vine. This type of fantasy come true if the two establishments could merge!
I'm a Weber grill aficionado and Fullerton Ace Hardware has EVERYTHING you could possibly imagine for Weber grills. Not just Weber, but grilling in general. There's also a huge choice of kitchen gadgets, pots, pans, etc..
It is such a great shop to get what you are looking for. I stay away from Lowes as far as I can and I never go to Home Depot. Is tucked away within this tiny little shop in Fullerton.
I would suggest seeing this hardware shop before going to the shops that are larger. You may pay slightly longer, but you get a good knowledge base and far better support .

No backpacks, no purses, no bags allowed in the store. Let alone you think I am leaving my cash? No way. No sale. They would not allow me to take my clipboard from my backpack, although I wanted to take my clipboard in with me. Absolutely ridiculous.

Rachel was so helpful today. My husband spoke to her about the phone about a bbq and then went in to buy it and he said she went above and beyond answering questions. Thank you Rachel. People really love.
