I'm attempting to get to the company to understand why I was charged so much, together with worry of this"bait and switch" that happened. There wasn't any mention of this company name on the job sequence the unmarked van, or the phone line. I have tried calling the company three times to understand what could be done about this, but the customer service line tells me I must wait for tech to call me back, that has not happened.
This company only riped off me, and I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I was told over the phone that I would be charged also a $ 35 minimum fee, and also a $20 service call, but potentially longer if took longer. I accepted that fee, and upon arrival, the tech told me it would cost $168 because it"might take 5 minutes, might take longer" and because"the car was operating, so it will be more challenging".
I'm no locksmith, but I don't understand the way the automobile running makes any difference (it was open air).
My card ran and when I checked the bank statement it'd charged me! Now when I try to call they keep stating that a supervisor will call and avoiding my calls. . .hasnt happened yet. This provider is criminal! I try to upgrade on the standing of that goes and will pursue this matter.
I didn't like the pushiness. Very unprofessional. I asked for it walked about. Really weird.
