Goan Locksmith

The proprietor has been very kind, ever since I stopped by to receive a quote for a new key fob for my car and I have always tried to give him our enterprise. We love supporting local businesses and they are highly recommended by me. Fair and quick service with reasonable prices.

Honest. Very knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem. I recommend them.

They made it out into the home. Several door knobs and informed us we did not need to substitute one. . .which was an expensive doorknob! So they saved money. I would use again! Definitely!!!

I stopped in to Goan's Locksmith this morning, I have seen many times and was pleased with my keys although the owner wasn't very friendly, oh well maybe his quirkiness but this morning I stopped in and needed to get the locks changed on my business and like the other guy that gave the one star review, he was very rude and I finally asked about his client service, this guy almost flipped the script on me personally, being a company owner you should have good customer service, I was expecting him to pull out a gun and shoot me, he began ranting and raving and advised me to escape his small business, pointing towards the door, well I have never been treated with such disrespect in all my life. I believe he would never speak with a man that way, he appears to hate women. I couldn't think a person that is grown with such issues has made it so long as he's with this attitude toward the working people that pay his rent and utilities. I have to do my duty and tell the public how this guy may or may not treat you. Buyer Beware . He needs to retire or maybe gets some therapy. It's not offered although mr Goan pity on you, I would provide a negative to you. Please don't ever treat anyone how you did me this morning or if you do you will be seen through by the clients of League City and quit supporting your company. Just like you don't make it too long treating others how they never wish to be treated at a 27, I am from Tennessee and people. Shame, shame shame on you, I am very disappointed because I needed to use your solutions .The reason our company's in America have seriously dwindled in client service is because we the clients have slumbered and patronized these types of owners so much that they they are prideful and horrible to whomever. Let us give if it is really awful company, outstanding customer service and clients say something, but watch out in here this men a time bomb!!

I love these guys. They are so responsive and professional. Every time saved us money and I've needed a needs for keys, locks, anything like that, they are always very helpful. I love this family-owned company!!

Whenever I need a secret, (particularly a specialty key) I go to Goan Locksmith! They are extremely nice and there's kind of a fantastic old feeling. Recommended!

I've been to Goan Locksmith multiple occasions and they have always provided exceptional customer service! They changed the locks in my home at a manner. They cut me a smart secret to my car that functioned on the first attempt. I suggest Goan Locksmith!

These people could not be more helpful if they tried! I had a box safe with a key to it where I store my medicine. I hid the key well I could not discover it. For no price, they were able to get me into that box 2 days before I ran out of medicine.
Now I had to get a tumbler that I will be listing for sale and they have been at and extremely helpful an price. I can't recommend them highly. Service with a smile, you just don't find this. So glad I found them.

I've used Goan Locksmith twice and have been very impressed with their proficiency and professionalism. They showed up on time, and Initially , they came to change the locks on my house changed the locks and created new keys, and so were very courteous. The next time, I took a car key programmed and blank to them to be cut. For a fraction of the cost of going to the dealership, I had a brand new, functioning key and remote, although it took a while. Because my car was obstinate, it only took a while, and all the time that and I the locksmith chatted thankfully. Both experiences have been great.

I've used this company many times and have always had service. Mostly for properties, but a year ago I'd lost the trunk key to my 1977 classic Cougar(they didn't have too many backward release levers in cars and cars used to have another ignition/trunk key). I explained the situation and I was doubtful, although he said it was no difficulty. The man came in 20 minutes, does his thing and despite the age gave me a round made a spare for no extra charge, and led key just like the other. He came back to the house and noticed that I was watching a broadcast of this 83 world series, made a witty (valued ) remark and we settled up. Another day, the girlfriend's place, was supposed to need their services, didn't, but they would have become the first place we called.

Just moved into a place and had to rekey. Saw this business and decided to give it. Surely would call him. Reasonable prices, shows up on time, efficient, and polite!

Called up this business today for an individual and a possible job named Drew answered the telephone. I explained my situation and he acted as though they didn't want the business. He stated that it was going to be expensive. He then asked where the car was I began to give them the speech and he got angry yelling saying"no where is the automobile". I stated its before my home, and he got angry and stated"WHERE IS THE CAR!" I was confused as to what more I could give him then the speech and saying it was my property. At this point I could tell me he was really aggervated and he said"whats the subdivision". I stated the residence is not in a subdivision that was sanctioned and the place was rural. He said"I do not think you". I can tell also to deal with potiental customers this way is not good for business and its an indication of the quality of service they provide and they didn't want my business. I asked what time they closed and he said in a couple of minutes and will not return until tomorrowtelling me their was no way. Based on this experince I rude and highly not reccommend this locksmith unprofessional.

Called these guys today to install a deadbolt. He gave me a deal on the telephone that was competative and came over to put in the deadbolt! Work was done well and the cost came out to exactly the exact same. Highly recommend.

Timely and professional. Made quick work of installation of a and a dead bolt. Appointment was created within the hour, and locksmith was right on time. Will use again.
