I had an Excellent experience with Heating and Mike Gochez Plumbing. He was fair and very professional. I'd plumbing problems in my kitchen as well as both toilets. He gave me a quote, which comprised options at every price point. He worked very quickly I was happy to learn that he operates on air conditioning too and was polite.

Hello. Before they were to appear, I got a call - cancelling the appointment.
My very first and only acquaintance with this provider is out of Amazon. I really like Amazon for stuff like this, and I do not blame them.
I waited, and had a 3 hour window - after booking my appointment 4 times before. On the afternoon, I was starting to get bummed I would not have my garbage disposal fixed and since the window of time for this business to arrive was getting late.
He cried, and I'm thankful; however that did not fix my sink. I love the call - only consider that folks are currently taking off - waiting for you. Don't wait till the last minute and CERTAINLY be professional.

This review is being written by me - not to cast the company, but on conditions that are specialist. If you're"over-booked," exhausted, want to get home or just know you can not make it, review your tasks and schedule, and have the courtesy and professionalism to call the clients who've been WAITING ALL day early to tell them. Don't call them at the last minute. I then had to scramble to schedule something about my work schedule.
He requested to reschedule two or 3 times down the line, but I work - a few days long hours - and it was just not considerate. I have been waiting 4 days for this particular appointment!! There's not any excuse.

Soooo.... Toilet backed up last nite and of course why would I not predict company. Instant was friendly and response to telephone and gave window of 3-5 PM. Took time off 5 and work went and came. Called, left voice message. Texted, no response. So two experiences with same company.... Did not appear when expected, eventually did. Subsequently didn't appear....or reply in any way.
Awful awful awful way to conduct a company.
So located for work on Amazon and he calls and says he's on the road after not showing up between the two Hour window. Eventually arrived... very very nice. Was quick, professional and good.

Mike from Gochez pipes, rain or shine is there for you. I helped me out and had a plumbing situation over the weekend after it poured and they came through.
Professional and friendly service that will keep them my go to pipes company.

Gochez Plumbing and Heating is a brand-new business. With the owner when he arrived to install my Toto G400 toilet yesterday and I met. Mike is a young but skilled and seasoned professional with a fantastic smile and a personality. He obviously loves his work. If you know anything concerning the Toto toilets the high-tech ones such as the G400, then you are going to know they are complex and have exceptional setup demands because of the design. I'm grateful Mike was there, because it was all Greek to me. I never saw so many screws, screws and the like. He checked, and his setup was perfect and triple checked even though the hour was getting late. AND cleaned up after himself! The Toto is currently working beautifully and I'm happy.

Mike was professional, efficient, and answered my endless questions. I needed mike to put in a laundry area in my garage, plus cold and hot water plumbing lines were installed by him. Mike went out of his way to make sure my washer and drier were functioning correctly before he left. This review was long overdue, I've used Mike on two occasions. Mike came to our rescue, although the time Mike replaced my water heater, it stinks to have to shower with no hot water in the middle of winter. He also created better pressure flow throughout our property. Quality work at quite reasonable prices.

I had an A+ experience with Mike. He did what he said he would do, did it in a meticulous fashion, was tidy, reasonable price. I will definitely make him my plumber on call rather than depend on businesses who do not have a personal touch and charge more.

I lease a device in Alhambra and was shocked when my toilet backed up along with the landlords stated it was my duty. I phoned Gochez Plumbing and was able to make with Mike the proprietor. His work was clean and quite efficient that is a major plus due to using two lil ones running around. Not to mention price! Thank you Mike!

A different tradesman as it was found I had a burst pipe beneath my house refered to me mike Gochez. He place a fix on the leak, immediately went to work and came within the hour. He then recommended a restoration firm and made me the first call. Gave me a written quote for the repair that was permanent and we made an appointment. He and his team came when they said, got to perform worked through the weekend to get the job finished quickly and I am satisfied with the workmanship and work. He's top notch, I'll recommend him and I will certainly use him again if needed. In addition, I manage an apartment building and he will be the man when his experience is needed by me there. I wanted to get a toilet installed at my house. I purchased the installation service via amazon.com. I set up the very first time together with Gochez - he was a no show. I received call and email the next day (while I was at work) saying he could come same day or Monday. I arranged for Monday between 1-4 pm but had been explicit that I had to leave at 4 pm to get work. He called at 330 pm saying he would likely not make it 4 pm (even forgot I had to leave then). He came at 5:30 pm. This was not my choice, I had already wasted 6 hours. I send him notice via amazon saying that the toilet had to be drawn up and that the install was around the floor, when I set up the Monday appt. I asked if that would be an issue. He arrived at my house, brought tools up, looked at it and came and explained that 1) I had to sign off that the task was complete today, before he did ANY WORK, because his cel phone was exercising, two ) I had to give him my net access as he'd no service, and 3) he had to charge MORE as it had been on the third floor. I would not have experienced a problem I don't trust this man and you'd be a fool to utilize him!!!
