Hot water heater. Call them and I'm told they will need to rebuild it. A rebuild, asked. "All the components work together, price is $325." And that is without having a look at it. Informed the fellow since we have LOTs of VERY HOT water the components do not have to be substituted. He insisted this is what is needed. Get a call late mid-morning the next day. Asked me what model it was so I told him. So that he had to know the model said he had been at the supply store to get components. I told him I didn't require a rebuild I had a fix, likely a thermostat. He laughed at me so I told him to forget it, i.e. do not come out (they have not even asked my address at this stage ).
Do not call the yokels at Grace. I bet that they make the most of a good deal of people. Scam artists.My important was electric engineering, repaired a lot of high tech scientific equipment in my years. Never did a"rebuild" because of failed component.
Tim was the next day, outside at 4:00, analyzed equally good, components. One thermostat poor, while he had been there but I had him replace .

John came out the next day (non emergency). He addressed the issue straight away and solved the issue in under an hour.

We predicted this provider. All was our insurance. Then we said getting a lot of calls from restoration firm's. Don't call these people. They desired a lot of money up front.

Grace Plumbing came to fix a bathroom in a Condo I possess. I was out of town at the time that my son was there. I talked on the phone to them. They called me and told me it would be 425.00 which is super high but I agreed because I was out of town and wanted it fixed ( my initial dumb error )
I gave him a credit card over the phone (my second dumb mistake ) they charged me nearly 800.00. I called the man that did the job and he said to late today to me.He was there for 1 hour. The part cost under 20.00. I've known many plumbing companies I might have gotten it done for under 200.00 very unethical firm. I am checking into legal aid with this please do not make my mistake. Call around get prices!

We had a crisis in our home and Grace plumbing was a life saver. Very professional and considerate and would highly recommend them.

I looked forward to a free second opinion on a leak that was probably under the slab and was hopeful after my phone call. Things changed and that I was left quite disappointed with pricing and a customer​ service experience but I rushed the decision because I needed to get this nightmare over with ASAP. After the fact, I spoke with a lot of regional plumbers, all of whom were in shock that I paid a slab leak that required a few hours to repair along with approximately $2200 for leak detection. Local companies have rates for slab escapes of approximately $500 later hours. Never hurry a plumbing repair. Telephone about. Make time to research costs. Lesson learned. Hind sight is 20/20.

1097.00 charged my daughter to replace a sink! Once I discussed it together they removed the 400.00"escape detection" charge! So we paid 697.00 to replace a sink that could not have cost more than 100.00 and a faucet that could not have been more than 100.00. 400.00 labor fee to replace a sink! They took advantage of her and saw a woman that was single. I would not ever recommend them to some one, actually.

It was handled by the owner professionally, although there was some miscommunication with the plumber that was shipped out to my property. I was called by him, offered to help cure the situation, and offered suggestions on how to deal with the problem I was having. Now THAT is customer support.

I had a toilet pipe at 5:00 pm. I knew I would pay to anyone who came out after hours prices. 2 companies were called by me, and Kevin at Grace was able to reach me the. I texted him a photo of the issue and he was able to quote the cost over the telephone. Very professional.

Does good work. Didn't make me wait too long and had good communication. He gave me some advice on strategies. He cares about his clients and reputation so that's good.

Kevin came quite promptly afterhours when I had a plumbing emergency on a Friday night out. He was comprehensive, professional, and considerate. I love his knowledge and experience. He replaced valve and our pipe . When we really needed him he had been there for us.

Grace Plumbing is business. My spouse and had a leak in our bathroom, and I had just bought a house a couple of months before. We called a couple of plumbers and Grace's was the very first to phone back. The owner said he would send over his worker . After he got there he looked in the bathroom and 2 others, our inspector said they all had to have the courage. The guy (whose name I am forgetting now, months later) said he would give us"a deal" and replace the guts in all 3 toilets for only $900. He said when he arrived back, he could be paid by us for another two and charged us for this very first bathroom about 300. Well, when we informed our parents we paid, they advised us to call someone else and get another quote. Professional Craft Plumbing was called by us, and the plumber came and fixed another two for less than the purchase price of that one bathroom. They also looked in the bathroom Grace's plumbing"repaired" and showed us it was a mess inside, not to mention that the bathroom was constantly running. Pro Craft recommended we have the guy come along and fix it for free and call back the plumbing of Grace. Following the owner screamed about the phone at me and hung up, he called back to say he'd send his guy straight out. The plumber came back into"mend" the bathroom, it is currently MONTHS later and it is still running because of a damaged gasket out of overtightening. That bathroom is running as I am writing this review. Not only did they swindle us out of a lot of cash, but they have been rude and unprofessional; I would not recommend their services to anyone.

My wax seal on my toilet broke causing water to leak into my walls and leak through the ceiling. I called that they came out and did leak sensor technology to locate the source of the leak, the identical day. In addition they sent out a company to do the water damage management (at no charge to me, insurance pays for this ) and that company was really helpful and came out over the hour. I would recomend using this company. Because they had, I contacted them, and now I can see . Great company! Highly recomended!
